半年沒來，這次來的體驗感很差，打掃衞生的阿姨態度特差。房間總體是可以，也許是因為我比較喜歡睡軟床吧，床確實很軟！位置也不錯。

酒店服務太差，一進門就沒有給顧客好臉色，男的女的一樣工作作風，懶散怠慢，入住後房間沒有筆，叫前台送一支，前台回答送水可以，送筆不行，不在服務範圍，要的話自己去拿，之後再打電話不接，房間地板油污，這是什麼酒店，騙外地人，千萬別住

服務奇差一點都不專業 保潔人員把我自帶點梳子收走了 打電話過去問説是以為我不要的收走扔掉了！我放在洗漱台上怎麼可能是不要的東西！我試問哪一家酒店保潔人員上崗前沒有培訓過衹打掃不要隨意收理客人自己的東西何況還收走扔掉了！簡直氣**，自己保留了七八年的數字有特別的意義就被你們保潔人員一句平淡無奇的扔了完結，這個酒店給一星評價都多了。然後每天問一年怎麼解決前台都拖着不給我答覆 每天換值班人員我還要重複一遍我的問題！責任心在哪？？？專業性在哪！.？
