I have eaten here before and felt that the service was very good in all aspects. I was once very proud. After all, a small county can have a hotel of this standard, so I wanted to do my old business in this hotel, project training, so I took the opportunity to adjust my parents' health and invited friends to come to Beijing to play, and specially arranged the accommodation here. On the first day, we went out to eat at a nearby restaurant called Guangshunxing and took a pack. When we came back through the lobby and took the elevator, we saw a tall and thin man. The person was chatting with a waiter in the store and pointed at the bag we packed and said, "Look, look, the restaurant they went to eat at, I tell you, you must not eat it, they are all pre-prepared dishes..." My guest was very embarrassed at the time, and then today when he checked out, he said that he had lost a note clip and insisted that we took it away. The key thing that made me most angry was that I was the one who booked the room in the first place, but they didn't contact me and repeatedly called my guests in Beijing. I was in a hurry that day, and when I got off the plane, I only saw a message from my friend saying that they would deduct 60 yuan from our deposit. Not to mention whether the note clip is worth so much money, I just want to ask, your hotel said that we took it away, but we didn't find it after repeated searches, how can you insist that we took it away? Do you also have to unilaterally and rudely notify my guests that the deposit will be deducted? When I saw this message from my friend, I was very upset. I would like to ask the hotel, next time I stay in your hotel, do I need to check the items in the room one by one? Should you provide me with a list of items or even take photos of each item and upload it? Otherwise, would I be deducted 60 yuan for no reason like I am now?

The room is spacious and the environment is very quiet. What I want to complain about is The casual afternoon tea is indeed too perfunctory. A few small tomatoes, a low-end small bread, and a glass of water are also considered afternoon tea. It is a bit of a misunderstanding of the name of afternoon tea. This configuration is worse than nothing, wasting the customer's expectations.

The hotel is old, the service is good and the facilities are OK. The room is big, but the wireless internet doesn't work, the TV picture is blurry, and the remote control doesn't work.
