老闆自家的四層小樓，沒有中間商賺差價，所以可以做到高性價比。室內停車場可以方便停4~6輛車，小樓前面是一個小公園，晚上十點以後挺安靜，清晨鳥語花香。房間乾淨衞生面積大，衞生間稍微有點小。總體性價比高。

房間設施齊全舒適温馨，老闆很好親切，清潔衞生好：酒店的衞生情況非常好，客房的清潔工作做得很到位，公共區域也保持得乾淨整潔。第一次來永平，老闆給了好多的意見，沒有出行工具，老闆熱情給我聯繫了出車

老闆服務態度非常好，很親和，房間乾淨衞生環境好，外面還有一個小公園。但是隔音不是很好，主要是遇到了一羣沒有素質的阿叔，他們開着門講話刷視頻聲音多大，大清早的也是同款操作讓人睡不好，然後整個走道都瀰漫著他們的二手煙。添堵
