The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and will choose it next time.

The room is spacious and the price is affordable. I stay in this hotel every time I go on a business trip. I almost lost my wedding ring today, but my aunt and the lady at the front desk helped find it. Thank you very much.

The room is very cozy, the breakfast is rich, and the snacks in the lobby are plentiful. The lemonade is delicious. There is an ice machine in the lobby, which is great. It is much needed on a hot day.

The phone number at the front desk couldn't be reached, and I didn't get any toothbrushes or slippers. I don't know what it meant. The hygiene was dirty. I changed hotels after sitting there for a while. The service was also poor.

In terms of hardware: This hotel is no longer what it used to be. Now if the hotel facilities are broken, they will not be repaired or replaced. The hotel service is even worse now! ! The internet in the room was not working, so I wanted to call the front desk, but found that the phone was just a decoration! I have no choice but to contact you through other means. The hotel people came to see it and said it was done by moving the phone jack. In fact, there was no sound at all, just like before. They also tried the network many times, but they didn't know the reason. Finally, they blamed it on China Telecom. The whole process was evasive and showed extremely unprofessional conduct. If you ask for a room change and say no, then you can’t stay! I just wanted to change to another room type, but the problem lies with the hotel. Why did I say I didn’t have one when I asked to change the room from the beginning? Is there any way to force the guests like this? ? ? Extremely bad experience!
