It's ridiculous. I called you at noon and woken up and hung up after saying that I made a mistake. There was no apology. The soundproofing effect of the room is not good.

差評，五星差評。定的高級大床房，房間在電梯口就算了。晚上八九點開始，房間就傳來隔壁ktv的聲音，一直持續到凌晨兩三點，清晰到能聽見隔壁至少唱了五首伍佰，3首DJ電音。下去溝通前面還很客氣的表示可以提供幾間房間更換，但另外幾間情況也好不了多少。甚至和我説因為我躺了床上所以要收清洗費，還質問我為什麼入住五個小時了才提出換房。。那是因為你們沒有提前告知隔壁是ktv，直到晚上隔壁營業才開始吵[發怒][發怒][發怒]
