The hotel service is very average. I asked the front desk for a desk lamp, but we didn't have one. I asked the waiter for batteries to replace the toilet remote control, and he came directly into my room and said he could press it with his hand. I thought he was changing the batteries for me, but he just left me speechless. One of the reading lights I live in is broken (picture below). Anyway, if you are taking exams, this store’s hardware and software are not suitable.
Don't say I don't want to change rooms. When I called the front desk and asked for a desk lamp, the front desk said they didn't have any. They said I was sorry and didn't say anything. They sounded like it would be over if you just move in and don't have too many things to do, so I didn't change.
