環境沒得説，但是服務要到位，我們的房卡能刷開別人房間。開門那一刻好尷尬呀。要個小朋友的鞋子老半天，然後自己下去拿了。早餐一言難盡。人多的時候手忙腳亂。像假期應該能預料到。但是突然流量增大後手忙腳亂，希望改進

開業不久的酒店，設施和硬件都很好。離方巖景區很近，停車場很大很方便。周邊環境一般，人行道路還沒有完全建設好，附近吃的也比較少，酒店自帶的餐廳相對價格比較高，味道一般，早餐一般。總體來説酒店性價比很高。乾淨住的舒服。

已經住了幾次，方巖遊客中心挨着，宋風裝修，房間整體舒適度較高。
吐槽一下浴室龍頭架，無法調節角度，衹能手拿着，不知是個別房間還是普遍。

酒店很新環境也很好，比較國風的設計，本人很喜歡，下了高速基本就到了，離方巖景區也很近，值得推薦，早飯的品種可以再豐富一些

酒店設施很不錯，房間乾淨，很大。本來是很愉快的旅行，不過第二天的早餐，真的是讓人火大，買了兩份早餐，券上寫着9:30早餐結束，我9點10分過去，全是空盤子，除了零星的包子和山芋，稀飯。其他的什麼都沒有，吃的沒有，喝的沒有，筷子勺子沒有，紙巾沒有。找管理人員，找不到，問了幾個服務員都自稱不是管理人員。真的很可笑，這麼個國內知名的連鎖酒店集團，管理水平如此低下，連最基本的服務都做不到。服務項評分我連0.5分都不想給。極差。

先説優點:離方巖景區開車2公里，停車方便，地上地下都可以停車。牙具不錯，有點特別。
吐槽一下缺點:1️⃣建築唬人，細節極差；2️⃣服務能力差，叫了2次客房服務都沒送來一瓶水，還被前台忘記登記房間號，房間沒有茶葉；3️⃣前台小姐態度冰冷；4️⃣洗澡水忽冷忽熱，花灑還掉下來了，水撒的到處都是；5️⃣早餐被取光也不補餐，看得出完全沒有接待能力。

和朋友來方巖玩，網上看到新開的酒店，感覺新開的酒店設施應該都比較新，就定了，到店後，確實各方面都挺好的。看評論區有説的洗衣房不能用，但我入住的時候，洗衣房已經可以用了！不過電梯口指示的健身房目前還是沒有的，希望酒店也能儘快安排上。前台人員服務貼心周到。
