房間很好 衞生乾淨 算是我住過最乾淨的這種民宿了，上頂樓曬衣服的時候看見全是曬着床單被套這些，説明都會換的 就很安心！已經是第二次來住。出門過個小馬路就是小溪邊了，這裏空氣很好很喜歡。

兩個房間很大，空調靜音，水量也很充足，最主要裝修比圖片好看很多，衞生間非常乾淨。洗衣機洗衣服很方便，晾曬在頂樓很快就幹了。過路攤就在民宿對面，玩水超級方便。老闆和老闆娘非常和氣，每天都給我們瓶裝水帶出去喝，五星級的服務。

老闆服務很貼心，早餐也好吃。我們非常滿意，附近就有好吃的餅和飯店，最最好的是附近有個玩水的好地方，我們還玩了槳板和皮划艇。

房間和圖片一樣乾淨整潔，老闆也很熱心會推薦周邊玩的地方，因為這次目的地是福建，經過温州衹定了一晚，下次再來玩的話還是會選這家

住了4天，大概是附近比較新而且裝修比較好的民宿了，兩張1.8米床很舒服，兩個房間也夠大，空調製冷到位。女主人非常親切友善，早飯清淡可口而且前一天會問我們想吃什麼，做的麥餅特別好吃！從民宿去周邊的景點也很方便，出門不遠過路灘很適合孩子玩水！

民宿地點在楠溪江過路灘，出門便可以燒烤露營和坐竹筏。
招牌不太好找，得往裡麪走點進去才能看到，門口能停兩輛車。
房子造得挺高，最高五樓，六樓是樓頂露台。
早上起得有點晚了，沒看見房主，不知道有沒有早餐。
有幾點不完善地方：冷熱水應該沒做温控，要麼很冷要麼很燙，很難調節。隔音一般，一大早就聽到很明顯的水管流過水流的聲音
