看看外部環境不錯，一進門，周圍亂七八糟，到了前台，服務人員用斜視的眼神看我，説你們住4個人？我説我們一家四口不住還要分開吶？平台上也寫着是4個人啊？她接着鄙夷的來句：你們住十個人都沒關係。還一直在抱怨在平台訂了個房間，攜程一定要勻你們一間，説我們50個房間分分鐘訂出去。還退了一個人才給我們的，我想説你這麼牛掛到攜程來幹什麼？我正常在平台訂的，是欠你了麼？然後給了我一間附樓的西邊房，又老又舊，西曬一天進去像烤爐一樣。空調也老舊，打了一個小時17度，被子和床頭板都是火燙的。
