進入地梯噁心到了，估計開業以來地梯牆面從末擦過，房間很小且隔音差，走廊説話好像在房間內，衞生間隔音更差抽水馬桶沖水像投了個深水炸彈，晚上睡眠質量好的也肯定被吵醒。服務理念差，我預訂時雙標點了大床，訂時同樣價格，前台就是不讓換。我想不明白，賓館住的人不多按理為客人主動升級。唯一亮點客房服務員態度很好。建議住周圍民宿價格合理且衞生不比它差。

交通不便，整個鎮上的馬路邊都停滿了車，我們進的酒店後院停車場，雖然整體環境還可以，但是酒店後院的有雞有鵝，特別是大公雞，大晚上也叫，大清早也叫，每天被雞叫吵醒，介意的慎入！！！
地理位置離麗水古街挺近的，但是美食不太行，味道很差

地理位置絕佳，吃飯、麗江古街、芙蓉古村都很近，設施很新，停車方便還有電梯，這個地方這個條件很難得了，就是服務態度確實不咋滴，還有酒店背面對着養雞養鴨場，早上確實挺吵的。總體來説在小鎮算很不錯了。

這是楠溪江附近少有的酒店了 不想住民宿 門口有停車位 設施都是連鎖酒店水準 衞生服務也都不錯 周圍吃飯購物相當方便 麗水古街步行即可 來説説唯一的問題：就是酒店後面那羣不知道誰家養的雞了 看評論大部分反映的都是這個問題 開始沒在意 直到這羣雞半夜2點就開始叫才知道厲害..一直叫到早晨 好傢伙這周扒皮養的雞嗎也太勤奮了 建議酒店早點協商解決這個問題 不然很影響評價 明明其他方面都不錯

電視打不開，熱水很慢。打掃大姨不敲門直接刷卡進來，當時在洗澡，這個被看光怎麼處理，不管怎麼樣，不能直接推門進來。退房時間快到了，可以打電話來問下。真的無語，頭一次碰到這樣情況

1. 説是酒店，其實也就是高級一些的民宿罷了，千萬別抱有太大期待！
2. 停車場就是後院一片沒人管理的碎石子路，還養着雞鴨那些，一整晚都在叫！！！
3. 房間隔音差到離譜，隔壁打呼嚕的聲音能聽得一清二楚！加上停車場那些雞鴨的叫聲，汽車引擎發動的聲音，還有晚歸住客的聊天聲，根本別想睡好覺！
4. 雙床房的房間挺大，但是大床房真的很小，一定要選這家的，儘量選擇雙床房；
5. 衞生真的很一般，牀頭櫃旁邊還留着前N任住客的打火機，窗簾和牆壁也都是污漬；房間的廁所，淋浴房和洗手池是分開的，但是裏面都沒有層架，沒有地方放衣服，洗完澡得出來才能穿衣服…
6. 最後！工作人員的素質真的離譜，一大早房間門被工作人員拿卡直接開進來兩次，每次聽到刷卡聲的時候都已經大聲喝止了還是執着要開進來，作為服務人員，難道連最基本的敲門都不知道嗎？
以上評價，絕對真實，楠溪江景區很美，但是這個酒店真的令人感到非常失望！

酒店應該是巖頭鎮唯一一個正規酒店，位置很好，離巖頭汽車站、麗水老街和芙蓉古鎮都可步行到達。周圍飯館和超市很多，吃飯購物都方便。酒店房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，空調、熱水和WiFi都很給力，前台接待人員也很熱情，以後再來楠溪江還會選擇入住。
