房間很舒適，地段也很好，旁邊就是麗水街，出去大概300米就是商業街，晚上也不會影響睡眠。老闆一家的服務超級好，一樓的氛圍很好，還有自助的水果和茶水，早餐的菜品也很豐盛。房間的衞生打掃得也很不錯，空調也很足。如果出遊打不到車老闆也會幫你叫車。總之，是很好的住宿體驗！！

服務特別好，有免費的一次性用品（浴巾拖鞋牙刷等等），早餐很豐盛特別好吃，肉包子粥米糕麥餅…（被我吃的很埋汰），因為不太能買到老闆還給我了幾個綠豆餅。房間挺乾淨的wifi也很穩定，電視有點不會調但是工作人員很耐心的幫忙解決了！

性價比非常高，房間很大並且很乾凈。兩層民宿，並且一樓有個小院和泳池。老闆一家都很熱情，走的時候還有伴手禮，很開心！

位置很好，出門就是商業街，離麗水街入口也很近，服務周到，店內有小院，整體環境不錯，早餐比較有地方特色。停車位有些緊張，屋裡有些冷。

隔音效果很好，床也很舒服，在麗水古街上，出門就熱鬧非凡。早餐都是當地特色，超級好吃。老闆很熱情，還免費給古裝。在麗水街發呆看煙花別提多舒爽。離小港漂流碼頭，芙蓉古村都很近，步行可以到，強烈推薦

民宿位置優越，周邊麗水街、飯店一應俱全，逛的吃的全都有，交通便利，路口就是客運站，去周邊的古村落很方便。

環境：出差來温州順便來楠溪江賞秋，在攜程上看到民宿的評論非常好過來一看果然非常不錯
衞生：衞生很好很乾凈
服務：服務太好了跟自己家一樣
設施：設施很好熱水很舒服
過來看到老闆娘做了一顆銀杏聖誕樹太好看了吧
走的時候還送了一份伴手禮，明年帶家人還來楠溪江玩

要説現在麗水古街這邊的民宿可比以前強多了，這家離古鎮很近，步行4-5分鐘就到了，環境很好，臨街帶窗户的二樓是我非常喜歡的，房間很乾凈，不過下完雨的江南是真心有點潮，北方人確實是不太適應。

來永嘉掃墓經常訂的一家民宿，老闆娘很熱情，知道我是常客又腰不好，馬上給我房間升級。她家的早餐確實不錯，除了當地特色小吃麥餅外，還有鬆糕、紫米糕、肉包、粥等花樣不少，配菜也好，總體來講挺滿意。每次離店還會贈送一份伴手禮，真有心了！
