優點，服務不錯，送兩杯飲料，送早飯晚飯。視野好，有浴缸，房間大。
缺點，1網很差，尤其是晚上，卡。2，浴缸沒有送一次性浴缸套。3，空調温度調不了，特別冷。4，淋浴的蓮蓬頭能換換麼？裏面都堵住了，出水都是歪的。5，沒有智能馬桶
總體還行，但對於這個價位，還有改進的空間。

怎麼説呢，這是一家讓我歡喜讓我憂的五星級酒店。預訂航班接站的時候就不順利，顯示不在服務區內，問了線下才知道這家温州酒店不在温州，屬於永嘉縣。到了客房很是驚喜，一個套房有別家三個那麼大，尤其是衞生間，大出天際了，客房服務還用葉子擺了歡迎的字樣，顯得很是用心。歡喜不到半天，第二天早上的早餐就把我們全家斬下馬，不知道什麼食物不衞生，全家人拉了一天肚子，以至於影響第二天的行程，和前台反應了，也衹是記錄在案。到了晚上歡樂時光，酒店又送來豐盛的晚餐，包括甜品和水果，讓一天吃不下的我們又有了胃口。晚上去體驗了一下泳池，硬件也非常不錯。可是你説它設施好吧，無線網絡又怎麼都連不上，衞星電視也是約等於無。感覺這是一家很想經營好，服務上也是下足了功夫的酒店，可就是離五星級還差那麼一點點。
