我們是秋假親子游，這個房子非常新很乾凈，孩子們很喜歡，打開陽台門就看到一片風景，很安逸。10元一人的早餐還可以，缺點是能停車但車位少。自駕游到周邊是非常方便的，靠近鎮上的，去麗水古街非常方便，鎮上採購物資還是方便的，有個菜市場，**外賣沒多少選擇，奶茶咖啡店是挺多的，肯德基還是有的。

隊友非常喜歡這家民宿，不論是設計，用料和傢俱擺設都是非常用心的。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴水大，床品乾淨且床墊舒適。4樓推窗見山😁，
早餐也不錯，良心價10元。民宿老闆天氣好還會用自家竹排帶住客遊楠溪江，非常棒的體驗。

我們的房間在五層，外面有很大的陽台，可以看山看雲聽鳥鳴聽雨聲。
老闆一家人很好，下雨天奶奶會遞給你一把傘。房間設施先進，衞生乾淨，老闆審美在線。
早上有熱熱的包子紅薯小米粥，想吃外賣很快就能送到，想去麗水古街蒼坡村走着就行。
第二天老闆親自開着自家的船帶我們遊楠溪江！遠山如黛，近水清澈，船在水中走，人在畫中游。
民宿讓人驚喜是第一次。

體驗非常好！房間很大而且乾淨整潔，裝修也很新，床睡着非常舒服。是我住過民宿裏數一數二好的！早餐是店裡的奶奶準備的，簡單但可口。特別好的是，天氣允許的話老闆會提供免費的遊船，距離和時間都很長，而且這段水路可以眺望遠山，早上有晨霧的時候非常美，遠比楠溪江上其他動輒幾百塊的遊船好得多。非常推薦！

這家民宿真的很贊！性價比超級高，是來過的朋友推薦的，就在楠溪江邊上。老闆家有個小竹筏船，還帶我們坐了船，太感謝了！房間很乾凈，很合適帶娃，靜廬有兩張大床，兩大一小睡的很舒服，房間裏智能化也很好，馬桶洗澡花灑都是智能調節的，很方便。楠溪江很美，人也不算多，邊上就是麗水街，電車的話附近也有特來電的超充，十分便捷！

房間非常乾淨，離鎮上也不遠，預訂了10元每人4個人的早餐，老闆準備了兩大鍋粥，8個包子，還有雞蛋和鹹菜，太多了，完全吃不了。老闆還帶我們去漂流，看到了美美的白鷺。強烈推薦。

家庭國慶出遊，套間最合適，每個房間都很大+大陽台，樓下洗衣機也很方便，定的套間不含早飯，加了10元/人，早飯質樸味道還不錯，老闆自帶竹筏我們楠溪江飄了三刻鐘，整體體驗非常好👍

要肯定的就是，房間絕對對得起價格，性價比還是可以的。窗外景觀不錯，民宿有5層（好像還有6樓），沒有電梯如果有長者不方便爬樓的，預訂時候考慮要低樓層。
