酒店位置好，就在古街入口處，門口有收費的村民停車場，10元過夜而且超方便。
永嘉旅投下的民宿，所以位置優越。淡季去沒什麼人，但是房間後面挨着村民的房子，隔音一般。基本都還是不錯的。

最早是在小紅書看到的這個地方，搜了一圈，正好在麗水最美的景旁，位置非常贊。工作人員提早加了我微信發了位置，十分貼心。酒店設計很精緻、獨特，房間簡約大氣。喜歡！推薦！

旅店乾淨衞生，離麗水古街很近。服務一般，想多要兩瓶水，服務員冷漠的説沒有，説付費也可以呀。入住後用了酒店的付費烘乾機，用一會機器跳閘了。沒人退費也沒人管。
建議來住宿的人一定要把車停到遊客中心，我們停在村裡不但收了30元還被剮蹭到了。

如果入住麗水街，這個酒店強烈推薦！！必住。
沒房了，我們一家住的是五人間，下面4個上下鋪，樓上一張床。小孩子非常喜歡。服務員很貼心，最後還是借了兩條浴巾給我們。（這個房間是不提供浴巾的，前台有賣一次性浴巾，15元一大兩小）
優點有三個：1.離麗水街入口非常近，幾步路就到了，晚上早上進去都不要票。感覺麗水街白天景色比夜景更美。離飯店麗水人家也很近。
2.配套齊全。有院子有大堂，有洗衣機，裝修現代，比周邊民宿完全不同檔次。
3.服務好，畢竟是國營的，有保障。
楠溪江如果住兩晚，另一晚推薦住到可以下水的溪邊的民宿，游泳完可以直接上岸洗澡，譬如下嶺村。

位置很好，就在麗水街入口附近，對面就是停車場，有個咖啡廳可以看山看雲看雨。房間是一樓的，不是很通風，有些潮味。靠近廚房飯點有點吵。房間廁所是新潮的三分離，洗浴洗臉上廁所各不幹擾，總體來説，還是不錯的。

位置：地理位置不錯，旁邊就是麗水古街晚上隨時可以出去閑逛
衞生：今年新開業衞生，設施和衞生還是不錯的；
民宿裏面就有咖啡廳，對於喜歡咖啡及下午茶的友友們很友好
服務：環保酒店，所以想預訂的友友們牙膏、牙刷、毛巾等需要自備

完全超預期，麗水古街門口，國資民宿，環境一流。
適合帶小孩出遊，預訂下層高低床，上層大床房户型，小孩子非常喜歡。
出門就是麗水古街，特別去看夜景的時候不用走太遠，早晨免票時段可以最快時間進入景區。
可以説是周邊最好的酒店式民宿，值得預訂。

小孩子很喜歡的房型，樓下有兩個上鋪，樓上有一張大床，一家子入住剛剛好，就在景區門口，晚上5點半後進入景區是免費的，飯後光光古街，挺漂亮的，對面是一個咖啡廳，拍照很出片
