All the waiters at the front desk have very good attitudes. Breakfast is delivered to the room and you can order stir-fries. The equipment is poor and there is no elevator, but the porter helps take the luggage to the room. A ski shuttle is available at any time and the driver is very nice. The price is also the cheapest hotel near the ski resort. I had small hot pot for two consecutive nights. The ingredients were good and the portions were good, and the service was excellent.
