北大湖家庭滑雪的性價比最佳之選！今年來住了11天，提前團的親子間，榻榻米很大，每個人一個床墊，睡的很舒服。房間雖然簡單，但該有的都有（有加濕器，沒有電視，帶娃最優配置）。來回雪場是小巴接送，一點也不冷，很方便。房間帶2大1小雪票和温泉票，天天都玩的很充實，泡個湯，晚上也不會無聊。

11/16-11/18入住，去之前打電話好幾天都無人接聽電話，想諮詢也無從問起。入住後發現沒有暖氣，服務人員説出了些問題就提拿了供暖器給我。櫃枱人員都是一些學生來實習的。 整體上我覺得如果不介意多幾百元的話住假日酒店會是更好的選擇。起碼是國際連鎖酒店。設施完善，服務也周到。也不會無人接電話跟沒暖氣這種事情發生。

房間非常棒，裏面有很多小玩偶，還有小帳篷，滑滑梯，小秋千，孩子們喜歡極了，不是第一次來訂家庭房了，服務非常棒，尤其工作人員邱禹澎，幫我們協調了這麼棒的房間，服務水準也非常高，下次還會再來

房間不錯，三個榻榻米。還能看到雪道。衞生乾淨，阿姨打掃的很勤。前台小哥劉東哲很給力，每天及時發送雪道開放情況。有問題也能協調解決。早餐比較差，收費96但是菜都是冷的，吃的也少，還不如亞朵之類48的早餐。

這次入住星空營，首先感受到服務滿滿的貼心和熱情。
設施：設施整體配套足夠完整，電梯也很便利，沒有出現擁擠狀況。
衞生：房間內物品齊全，整體酒店很乾凈整潔哦！
環境：滑雪氛圍感不錯，餐廳也很大，早餐也很方便便捷。如果早餐的保温能做的更温熱一些就更好啦！
服務：接待我們的前台小姐姐全程很耐心呢，還有迎賓的小禮物和水果。
總體來説是一次非常完美的滑雪入住旅程，性價比也超高！期待下一次入住！
