The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste.

We decided to go skiing at Beida Lake on a whim, and finally booked the newly opened Baiwanshi, which is great value for money. The butler contacted us from the moment we placed the order. I want to praise the Guobaorou butler in particular. The service was very good and he considered every detail. He helped me book a shuttle bus, recommended meals, and gave me free fruits when I checked in.
