房間温暖舒適，管家服務很好。房間內設施齊全，有種家裡的感覺。去雪場有專享的車輛，很方便。整體感覺很不錯，酒店工作人員熱情周到，服務專業，滑雪場也很大，這次吃住玩的都很開心，最重要的是霧凇太美了！

我們兩家人帶孩子出行，過來北大湖搶先開板，住的這家酒店是在北大湖冬奧村裡，我們訂的套房是有兩個大床房和一間上下鋪，正好一大家子住着正好。房間乾淨舒適，工作人員都很熱情，感覺還是比較温馨。滑了雪還爬了山，當天晴朗山頂風景真的很贊。晚上我們去雪具大廳用餐後去極樂湯泡了湯，渾身輕鬆了很多，而且在湯館有很多娛樂活動。兩小朋友對這依依不捨，過段時間再回來😊

1酒店小姐姐服務很nice,直接上門服務辦理入住。
2房間很不錯，家庭出行首選。設施完善，洗衣機，冰箱，都有配置。房間也很寬敞，幾乎每個房間都能看到窗外。
距離雪道也很近 ，遺憾的是早雪期纜車還沒開。
過一段時間纜車開了，就更方便啦。

這次入住酒店是為了滑雪，體驗超棒。酒店位置絕佳，就在滑雪場旁邊，拖着雪具走幾步就到雪道，方便得很。房間乾淨温暖，酒店工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。早餐食物種類多，新鮮，味道也不錯。酒店旁邊有超市，購買物品很方便。
還提供郵寄服務，可以上門取貨。
無論是滑雪新手還是老手，來這兒住都不會失望。

入住樂湖居酒店，體驗感非常好，首先工作人員非常周到熱情並耐心的回答我的各種問題，房間夠大，夠寬敞，酒店旁邊就是J索，上去是中級雪道，如果自己有裝備的話可以直接從J索去滑雪。北大湖的雪道在中國算頂流之一了，很適合中高級滑雪者，自助早餐也很好，豐富，新鮮，菜品豐富，讓我及我的家人有了一次非常愉快的度假體驗
