酒店大堂寬敞明亮，前台接待人員熱情還送2合水果汁，入住快，酒店設施非常棒，衞生間，洗澡間和洗漱分離，房間乾淨整齊，其它工作人員也都見面打招呼，熱水和網絡都好，免費洗衣服。酒店對面是去景區公交站和超市，退房時又送2並水路上喝。五星好評，入住你好總沒錯。

酒店在永濟市中心，去鸛鵲樓也很方便，首先要誇讚前台的服務，真的熱情又體貼，臨走前還給我帶了水，房間裏面也很乾凈，性價比超級高。

沒想到華某旗下的酒店服務差距巨大，在對某庭深惡痛嫉的情況下，今天入住你好，沒想到服務態度很好，不論是接待台、客房服務還是早餐服務員，可説是熱情周到，又送水送飲料，房間免費升級。地理位置也好，正好是政府對面，房間乾淨整潔，用品新，設施現代。下次走到永濟，還住這裏。唯一建議：能否將那紙杯換成玻璃或陶瓷杯。

我的感受是房間很乾凈，是永濟這邊連鎖酒店最乾淨的一家，服務態度也很好，主要是乾淨，五樓相對來説比較安靜，保潔阿姨也很和藹，有求必應，打掃的很乾凈，續住也最起碼要收拾20分鐘，五樓的阿姨非常仔細，垃圾桶都會擦，來這邊玩連着住了好幾天了，是我在永濟住過的最乾淨的連鎖酒店，礦泉水也是免費的，早餐的種類也很豐富，咖啡牛奶米湯等飲品也有很多，每天還有三種水果。每次路過前台，小姐姐都會很熱情的打招呼，服務態度超級棒！真的很不錯。房間的照片已經住過了我沒有拍，但是確實乾淨，附上兩張大廳的圖片。
