The location is very great, just across the parking lot of Everland Resort, where you can get on the free shuttle bus to Everland theme park or Caribbean Bay. The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the city. They don't provide you with disposable things like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or comb to protect the environment, so better prepared beforehand. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor so it is really helpful if you want to grab some food or drinks and enjoy it in your room.

I stayed for two nights. It was very convenient because I could easily go anywhere by bus.
There are no room card keys, so you are given a PIN code when you check in.
The room was nice and clean, but even though the room temperature was over 30°C, the air conditioning didn't work and it was too hot.
I wanted to use the laundry facilities, but I gave up because they only accepted QR code payment. I wish they would introduce cash payment as well.
I would like to visit again if these two points are improved.

The location of the hotel is very good, just near the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is in good health condition and has complete facilities. It has a bathroom and a bathtub. The stay experience is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. Recommended!

We were in the Covid period so no pool and few people! However, given the defiled position compared to the resident center I always think it is a quiet and quiet place, with very green around. In any case, it is great for those who go to see Everland. The rooms are particularly spacious and the architecture of the hotel is very European. nice staff but speaking very little English.

Located across the street from the closest airport bus stop. Rooms aren’t as modern as other hotels in the area but the bed was very comfortable and no loud noises to be concerned with after hours.
Check in and check out were very easy. There is also an express check out drop box if you don’t want to interact with anyone.

It was nice to get checked-in early.
However, the bathroom was very unsanitary.
The toilet had splattered feces.
We contacted the front desk and the staff came up to help change our room.
I honestly don’t know if I will book here again after experiencing this.
Remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste as it isn’t included in the amenities.
There is a convenient store on the lobby.

Fitness center, free breakfast If you look at this facet, it seems clear to be directed to the hotel, but the motel is only a motel. First of all, cigarette smell. I have never received a room with cigarettes in the hotel, but as soon as I entered here, I smelled a quequeque smell. Not a day or two, but a chewing smell. All rooms are non-smoking, but it's hard to call it a hotel from this basic part. In addition, check-in time is 6 p.m., contraceptive tools for amenities, multi-use slippers, fully open (no door) toilets, old and rustling spring beds, mechanical parking, There were many appearances that were closer to motels than hotels such as mix coffee. Even the design and condition of each room seem to be separate. I received a deluxe room, which was completely different from the deluxe room I saw on the reservation site, and it was a lot worse than the picture. It's better to pay less and go to a real motel, or pay more and go to a real hotel.

GGuest UserIt's close to Everland, and it's really comfortable and nice to just play and sleep until it closes. Light snacks and water are provided on the first floor, and Netflix works well. There are many convenience stores nearby, so I had a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserYongin Gauza was a nice hotel in a pretty good location. It’s close to a local subway line and there is an amazing cafe nearby called rolling tribe.
It’s a good stay that is pretty clean with a nice bed and bathroom. Smells good and the AC worked well even in the warm weather. I’d definitely recommend it, outstanding for the price

GGuest UserThe environment is ok, although the hotels in Korea are quite clean. The location was a bit confusing and I found it, but I didn't see the receptionist. I called and called at the door for a long time before I knew the room number. Overall it was OK.

NnucleiisThe overall facilities are old, so it feels like it was built in the 90s, and there are many facilities that are closed because of Corona now, and it is not a time to recommend it. But from the entrance, there is a thorough heat check mask check, and the underground convenience store CU is shining, and the gym is quite good. Bedding and housekeeping in the room are well cleaned ... The highlight here is the alpine slider run by the slope. I'm going up on the lift and I'm going down on a small sled, and it's a moderate thrill and a difficulty for children to drive. I cut three tickets, but it was 60,000 won because I cut adults and children by adult 1.6 small 1.4. Very satisfied. The second one wants to ride again as soon as I get off ㅎㅎ It was quiet and there was no one in the mountains, so I felt like I had a charter. There is no place to drink or eat, so you must take it before you ride.

PParkjihyun1I booked 7-9 June early. I received a confirmation email. But today I came a unilateral cancellation notice email. It was a cancellation because it was a 풀. That day was the day of the performance, so when I received the cancellation email, all the other hotels were already full. What if I didn't receive the email and went on the day? And now all the rooms available are missing, but how are you responsible? The hotel has overbooked rooms, so it's just irresponsible to cancel. This is the first time in my life that a hotel with reservation management and service is messed up. I think the hotel must make it available that day or give a placement for a unilateral cancellation notice. QUI Hotel and Agoda, I can't believe it.
