Starway Hotel (Yongcheng Jinboda Square)

The worst Starway hotel I've stayed in so far. Good location, in the center of Yongcheng, on the top of the Dashang Jinbo Building. But the advantages end there. The lobby door was open and people were shivering from the cold. The hotel elevator and commercial elevator are in one elevator. The hotel has only one dedicated elevator, which stops at floors 6-11. It's super hard to wait when there are too many people. The house facilities are relatively old, and the carpets are often damaged or have cigarette butts. The carpet in the corridor is uneven and there seems to be wiring under the carpet, which makes it easy to trip if you are not careful. The pillows were uncomfortable. When I picked up one of the pillowcases, there was a big tear in it. It seemed that the pillowcase had been washed repeatedly for a long time and had not been replaced, so it had weathered. Other aspects are so-so. If it is an ordinary old hotel, it is acceptable, but if it is called Starway, it is a bit cheap. The conditions are worse than staying at Hanting.

I have never stayed in such a bad Starway Hotel. The whole hotel is shabby, the air conditioner does not heat, the tea at the front desk is cold in winter, and it shares a common elevator with the mall. I don't feel safe at all. I booked a business room, and it felt like I had entered the 1980s when I walked in. I rarely comment on it, and it's really hard to describe it. Try to avoid it! ! !

The dirt on the toilet lid was not cleaned up. Most importantly, I don't know what the linens in the room were washed with. It felt hot when I covered myself with them, and my legs were allergic. My legs are still allergic from last night. They hurt when I touch them. The experience was terrible. I don't know what the stuff on the toilet was, so I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures.

The service attitude is particularly good. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel's facilities are also very complete. The room is spacious and bright, and the cleaning is very meticulous 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you have thick skin, you can live in Xingcheng, where mosquitoes can't bite you. Alas, there are mosquitoes all night long, and there are no screens on the windows.

Poor breakfast, disorganized management and poor service. Let me talk about them one by one. Breakfast problem: There is no milk or staple food for breakfast at 8:40. Management is chaotic: I checked out at 11:20, and they called me at 11:51 to ask if you want to stay. Poor service: I called at 11:03 to ask if I wanted to stay longer, after I checked out, and I called again at 11:51 to ask if I wanted to stay longer. Ctrip business travel orders have a maximum check-out time of 14:00, so it’s a bit too hasty to rush
