The night light in the room cannot be turned off. I asked the waiter and he said it was specially set. The key point is why make it so bright? The room is very bright all night long. It can only be turned off by pulling out the power card. I am really speechless that such a useless function is set. The lights went out when the power card was pulled out, but the air conditioner didn't work because there was no electricity in the room, the socket didn't work, and the sound insulation in the room was not good. In addition: the public areas of the hotel were very cold and there was no air conditioning. The room was average, and the shower water temperature was hard to control, either too cold or too hot, which was uncomfortable. I'd stay in another hotel next time!

酒店環境特別好，大堂裝修得很有格調，進來就覺得很舒服。房間空間比想象中寬敞，採光也好，打開窗能看到不錯的景緻，傢俱陳設都很新，衞生做得沒話説，角落都乾乾淨淨的，洗漱用品質量也不錯，用着放心。Alice服務更是沒挑的，不管是客房服務還是前台，態度都特別熱情，有問必答，響應也快，晚上想借個充電器，cici 很快就送來了。

房間比圖片看起來更寬敞，採光特別好，拉開窗簾就能看到不錯的街景。設施很新，智能馬桶、高清電視、高速WiFi一應俱全，連沐浴用品都是大牌，洗得很舒服，前台Alice小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住速度超快，姍姍還主動介紹了周邊的停車和用餐攻略。

經常來永城出差都是在希爾頓歡朋住，非常舒適，每次來到前台，很有緣分都是前台美女vivi接待的，服務特別好，對我們的開票需求很迅速的就幫忙處理了，還有sandy特別可愛的女孩子，房間也沒得説，舒適明亮，早餐豐盛美味，餛飩很愛吃，棒棒棒

退房着急走，把常用的充電插頭落在了房間，一直都沒有發現，沒多久就收到了酒店前台的電話，kitty温柔提醒我落了東西，還主動問清地址説會盡快寄回，再説入住時的體驗也超棒！推開房間就被寬敞的空間驚喜到，行李攤開也不擁擠，住得特別舒心。既有及時貼心的服務，又有舒適的居住環境，這樣的酒店必須推薦！

這次入住非常滿意，前台kitty服務態度特別好！熱情周到，主動告知樓下有裝修並貼心安排在高樓層房間，舒適的睡眠，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住的舒心。早餐更是驚喜，種類豐富尤其是地道的胡辣湯，味道正，開啟元氣滿滿的一天，細節處處體驗用心，下次會給小夥伴推薦這裏
