The service is very good. After check-in, the hotel will send fruit. These details make people feel at home. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, with freshly ground coffee by the coffee machine. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. I recommend this hotel when you come to Yong'an.

The front desk and room attendants were very enthusiastic. The front desk was very familiar with the room conditions and quickly arranged a room I liked. The room also sent tea and fruit, and left a warm note. There is no carpet in the room, so there is no odor and it is very clean. The simple stir-fried dishes for breakfast are quite tasty and the variety is enough. The service auntie who is responsible for cooking noodles and rice noodles is very enthusiastic. The parking lot is under repair, and there is a security guard at the door to arrange parking for vehicles, which is very responsible. The problem is that the water pressure of the shower is a bit unstable, and the water temperature is uneven. I hope it will be improved.

The service attitude is very good and thoughtful. During the stay, we were given two bottles of honey water. When I was about to check out, I saw that the water was finished and took the initiative to give me a bottle of mineral water. 👍👍👍The environment is also good and the transportation is convenient. Before commenting, considering not to bring too much personal emotions, I decided to stay again two months after leaving the hotel. Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping depar**ent is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most "exciting" part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering depar**ent is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering depar**ent to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, "I'm busy and don't have time" (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering depar**ent heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: "It's almost the same, our employees eat there." But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering depar**ent was cold and impatient: "Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats." At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering depar**ent, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping depar**ent also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping depar**ent), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping depar**ent will be implicated. Finally, we went to "Xin Xiangfeng" for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage depar**ent, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping depar**ent and the front desk staff in particular.
