大変素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。お料理も上品なお味で最高に美味しかったです。
チェックアウトまで何度も温泉に浸かってしまいました。
実は洗顔料を持っていくのを忘れたのですが、お湯でもお肌がツルツルになりました。泉質が凄く良いのでしょう。
お店の方も皆さん暖かいお気遣いで、ここに泊まって本当に良かったです。
次は二人で泊まりたいです。

溫泉很美，有戶外也有家庭式的私人溫泉，蛋花湯泉
房間景觀很美，下着大雪，房間有暖氣暖爐，訂房時見到四人房有私人溫泉，但酒店說沒有，房間也沒有溫泉和沖涼的地方，但酒店安排了一次家庭式的溫泉，本應是收費的但後來也沒有收我們費用，言語不通或許就是訂房間所寫的私人溫泉吧

予約時に夕食をステーキorすき焼きを選べるとあり楽しみにしていたが、選べず、すき焼きに決まっていた。美味しかったです。朝食は和食で塩辛い小皿が並び、微妙な感じでした。予約サイトの
違いなのか、ビュッフェとあった様な気がしたので料理に関しては残念でした。アメニティに関しては全て持参した方がいいかな。温泉とお部屋は清潔で快適でした。温泉メインの人にお勧めです。でも膝の悪い人には移動が辛いかも。

My two night stay at this hotel, with regular dips in their delightful hot spring bath, significantly diminished the knee pain I am experiencing from a torn meniscus. Equally important, the hotel was very comfortable, with airy, spacious rooms. In addition to the welcome sweet provided in the room, an onigiri rice ball was served in the evening upon my return to the hotel (due to other social commitments, I did not have dinner at the hotel). The Japanese-style breakfast was served in private dining suites off the hotel lobby, with separate coffee service available after breakfast. The only negative I could report was that getting on the wifi in the evenings was difficult. They need a bigger "pipe".

スタッフは優秀です。 失礼ながら､こんな田舎の旅館なのに、ホテルのスタッフの様なスマートさ。 そしてテキパキ。 夕ご飯も美味しかったけど、朝ごはんが最高でした。 和洋とりどりで、いろんなおかずがあって楽しいつい食べ過ぎました。 でも､久々に会った家族で話が盛り上がっている中に、女将が割って入ってきて､くどくどと挨拶が始まりました。 家族で談笑中ですので………とやんわり断ったのですが、聞く耳無し｡ 何で客が､この人の訳のわからないお喋りを拝聴しなければいけないのか、疑問｡ この方は､訳のわからないお喋りは､おもてなしだと勘違いしているのだろうか？ だったら、問題だ！ 帰りの送迎バスに乗り込んで、そろそろ発車という時になって、問題の女将登場！ 寒い中バスのドア開けっぱなしでダラダラとおしゃべり開始｡ 挨拶なら､玄関でしてほしい。 スタッフの優秀な対応を､女将がことごとく潰している様に思います。 最後の最後に、うんざりさせられました。

大変趣のあるお宿でした。親戚の集まりで利用しましたが、お料理、お風呂など、全て満足できるものでした。部屋内にはマッサージ機まであり、とても良い感じでした。但し、建屋は年季が入って少し古めかしい感じがしました。エレベーター等の補助が必要な方は移動に苦労するかもしれません。

露天風呂付の部屋が好きで河鹿荘さんも露天風呂付部屋があったのでその部屋を予約しました。24時間好きな時に気楽に入れて最高でした。部屋も綺麗ですし料理も美味しく個室なのでゆっくり食事時間を過ごせました。 自分は毎回部屋でもお酒を呑みますのでもう少しお酒の種類を増やしてほしいのと、冷蔵庫のビールなどの飲み物は部屋代金に入れてサービスの様なかたちにすればいいと感じました。チェックインと時にどの部屋か言われましたが、他のお客さんに聞こえるのであえて言わなくていいと思いました。

初めての小野川温泉。 山形県内各地には有名どころの温泉がありますが米沢市内だけでも結構な数がありまわり切れない。 今回泊まった河鹿荘さんですがお料理がとにかく美味しかったです。 夕食に出た米沢牛のすき焼きが絶品でした。そして山形名物の芋煮もすき焼きに引けをとらない美味しさ。芋煮について想像していた物とだいぶ違い衝撃的を受けました。夕食のレベルが高かったぶん朝食のバイキングは格落ち感がしましたが少量のメニューを多くいただけたのと変わった料理もあったりと満足できる内容でした。温泉は男女入れ替えが深夜にありますが24時間入れます。この点は評価できます。化粧水のような泉質の温泉も素敵でした。ただ洗い場の清掃が十分でなかったのと客室にゴミがあった点は不満かな…と。 宿の従業員の方のおもてなしには温かみが感じられた点はよかったです。 立地などもよいのでまた小野川温泉が恋しくなったら足を運ばせていただきます。
