Onogawa Onsen Kajikaso

Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. The food was also exquisite and delicious. I ended up soaking in the hot springs many times before checking out. I actually forgot to bring face wash with me, but the hot water made my skin so smooth. The quality of the springs must be really good. Everyone at the establishment was so kind and considerate, and I'm really glad I stayed here. I'd like to stay here again with my partner.

When I made the reservation, I was told that I could choose between steak or sukiyaki for dinner, so I was looking forward to it, but I couldn't choose and decided on sukiyaki. It was delicious. Breakfast was Japanese food, with a line of salty small dishes, which was a bit disappointing. I thought it was a buffet, which may have been a difference on the reservation site, so I was disappointed with the food. I think it would be better to bring all the amenities with you. The hot spring and room were clean and comfortable. I recommend it for people who mainly want to enjoy the hot spring. However, people with bad knees may find it difficult to move around.

It was a very tasteful inn. We stayed here for a family gathering, and the food, baths, and everything else was satisfactory. There was even a massage machine in the room, which was very nice. However, the building is old and a bit dated. People who need assistance with elevators may have trouble moving around.

The staff are excellent. Excuse me, but even though it's such a rural inn, it's as smart as a hotel staff. and efficient. The dinner was delicious, but the breakfast was the best. There were various Japanese and Western side dishes, and it was fun to eat too much. However, while I was talking to my family after a long time, the proprietress interrupted and started greeting me. I kindly declined, saying, "I'm having a chat with my family," but he doesn't want to listen. Are you mistaking it for hospitality? Then there is a problem! I boarded the shuttle bus on the way home, and when it was about time to leave, the landlady in question appeared! In the cold, I left the bus door open and started chatting. I think that the proprietress is completely crushing the excellent response of the staff. At the end of the day, it was disgusting.

初めての小野川温泉。 山形県内各地には有名どころの温泉がありますが米沢市内だけでも結構な数がありまわり切れない。 今回泊まった河鹿荘さんですがお料理がとにかく美味しかったです。 夕食に出た米沢牛のすき焼きが絶品でした。そして山形名物の芋煮もすき焼きに引けをとらない美味しさ。芋煮について想像していた物とだいぶ違い衝撃的を受けました。夕食のレベルが高かったぶん朝食のバイキングは格落ち感がしましたが少量のメニューを多くいただけたのと変わった料理もあったりと満足できる内容でした。温泉は男女入れ替えが深夜にありますが24時間入れます。この点は評価できます。化粧水のような泉質の温泉も素敵でした。ただ洗い場の清掃が十分でなかったのと客室にゴミがあった点は不満かな…と。 宿の従業員の方のおもてなしには温かみが感じられた点はよかったです。 立地などもよいのでまた小野川温泉が恋しくなったら足を運ばせていただきます。

露天風呂付の部屋が好きで河鹿荘さんも露天風呂付部屋があったのでその部屋を予約しました。24時間好きな時に気楽に入れて最高でした。部屋も綺麗ですし料理も美味しく個室なのでゆっくり食事時間を過ごせました。 自分は毎回部屋でもお酒を呑みますのでもう少しお酒の種類を増やしてほしいのと、冷蔵庫のビールなどの飲み物は部屋代金に入れてサービスの様なかたちにすればいいと感じました。チェックインと時にどの部屋か言われましたが、他のお客さんに聞こえるのであえて言わなくていいと思いました。
