To be honest, I am generally satisfied with the room, but the heating in the room does not reach the bathroom. If I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, it is very cold as soon as I leave the room. I hope the heating range can be improved.

I think the best location is near the coast. It's an old facility, but the whole building is covered with tatami-like materials so that you can walk barefoot. There are two baths, one in the morning and one in the evening, but the scale is completely different. Overall, I would say it's a fair standard accommodation.

この冬は鳥取県米子市にある皆生温泉へ、5年ぶりの再訪。2019年12月以来、2回目になります。今回は連泊で、こちらの海潮園にお世話になりました。建物は2階建て、料理旅館の赴きで昭和の雰囲気を感じさせてくれる全館畳敷きの宿舎です。この冬もお目当ては、かに料理とお肉のフルコース。リサーチの結果、こちらのお宿にしまさした。料理は朝夕ともに個室食で思う存分、1泊目はかに料理を堪能しました。松葉蟹の三大蟹料理饗宴プラン（かに刺・焼蟹・かにすき鍋）を選択し、追加で茹でかに、かにの天麩羅をお願いしました。最後のカニ雑炊までたどり着けて良かったです、笑。2泊目は鳥取和牛を含む肉料理の会席プランをお腹いっぱいになるまで食べ尽くしました。質、量、味、仲居さんのおもてなし、そして価格と、どれをとっても100点満点の内容でした。何もかもが値上がりしている昨今ですが、この量で、この価格！家族全員、とても満足しました。冒頭にも申し上げましたが、こちらは料理旅館と思ってください。いわゆるリゾートホテルのような華やかさや派手さはありません。純粋にお料理をリーゾナブルな料金で思う存分楽しまれたい方にはオススメです。海にも近いので早朝の散歩もオススメです。
