We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you.

Although the facility was a little old, it was clean and the staff was very friendly, but it was very inconvenient because it was too far from the city. Other than that it was very good

I originally wanted to go golfing, but unfortunately it rained all the time during the wrong season, so I had to try the driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort house, which is due to lack of maintenance. It is estimated that labor costs are too expensive, and short-term power outages may also occur. However, the hygienic facilities in the house are still good, except for the weird shower head. The service staff has a very good attitude and is often treated as vvvip. I wish you can return to normal as soon as possible!

For us, this was an excellent alternative to the overpriced resorts in Tumon. The complex is very extensive with a central hotel and several 10-story apartment buildings, around which is a golf course, several pools, and individual houses - an estimated total of more than 1,000 rooms. During our stay, only a very small proportion of the rooms were occupied, which was very pleasant. The resort is far away from any other settlement, so a car is absolutely essential. The large hotel pool with slide and water feature is very nice, and at times we were completely alone. The large 50m pool and other pools were unfortunately closed, or only open for a few hours on the weekend. The gym was open, other leisure facilities were partly open, partly closed - but everything was very empty and spacious. We didn't visit any restaurants or cafes, nor the small shop. The room with a balcony in one of the towers was spacious and well equipped, including a kettle, microwave, mini-kitchen, etc. There was no cutlery or crockery (apart from cups), however. In addition to the air conditioning, there was a dehumidifier, which was also full every day, if you can read the Korean (?) label. WiFi was also reliable in the room. With a rental car, you can easily make trips all over the island from here, and restaurants and shops are no more than a 15-minute drive away. We would stay here again, especially because of the good price-performance ratio compared to Tumon with its hotel towers.

Perhaps because of the end of the coronavirus pandemic and the effects of last year's typhoon, there were no customers at all and it was deserted, and the non-hotel buildings looked like ruins and were scary. The pool was reserved for our children, so they had fun, but the amusement areas were all closed and the convenience store was out of stock. There was only one restaurant open, and it was a resort where you couldn't easily go outside because it was the same every day, so I should have stayed at a hotel in the Tumon area. Also, I was charged later for things like soiling the sheets and losing the remote control (the remote control was not there after it was cleaned), which made me feel really bad. I will never use it again. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and fun!
