For us, this was an excellent alternative to the overpriced resorts in Tumon. The complex is very extensive with a central hotel and several 10-story apartment buildings, around which is a golf course, several pools, and individual houses - an estimated total of more than 1,000 rooms. During our stay, only a very small proportion of the rooms were occupied, which was very pleasant. The resort is far away from any other settlement, so a car is absolutely essential. The large hotel pool with slide and water feature is very nice, and at times we were completely alone. The large 50m pool and other pools were unfortunately closed, or only open for a few hours on the weekend. The gym was open, other leisure facilities were partly open, partly closed - but everything was very empty and spacious. We didn't visit any restaurants or cafes, nor the small shop. The room with a balcony in one of the towers was spacious and well equipped, including a kettle, microwave, mini-kitchen, etc. There was no cutlery or crockery (apart from cups), however. In addition to the air conditioning, there was a dehumidifier, which was also full every day, if you can read the Korean (?) label. WiFi was also reliable in the room. With a rental car, you can easily make trips all over the island from here, and restaurants and shops are no more than a 15-minute drive away. We would stay here again, especially because of the good price-performance ratio compared to Tumon with its hotel towers.
