Great staff. A girl with an almost Russian name Nadia offered us coffee upon check-in. Very friendly staff. Upon request, they brought dry wipes and more wet ones. The hotel is near the road, I asked for a room on the other side and it was quite quiet. If I had known right away that you could see everything in the city in a few hours, I would have stayed here instead of renting the next hotel in the center.

We stayed for 3 nights in a short family vacation in Trabzon coming from Istanbul. We were greeted by the reception man and the nice bellman although we arrived very late. Check-in was very quick. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great (not included by default in room rate, but i recommend it). Staff working in the restaurant are smiling and responding very quickly. In short, i strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was okay. Its approximately 10 minutes away from the airport. The reception staff were so friendly. Its good for a quick stay. However, the house keeping staff weren't that good. They always forget to clean the bathroom and I have to call them to clean it. They also forget to empty the trash. The room service were kinda rude, we ordered something to be delivered to our room, and when they brought the wrong thing we told them to change it, the man got mad and left us and he never came back.

I stayed in this hotel with my family in July 2022, "Hero's" is a current name of hotel, beautiful and luxurious hotel, room is spacious and clean, breakfast buffet varied and delicious, friendly staff, acceptable price, its 10 min away from the sea, easy to go to any place by taxi and micro-bus. Von Nachtruhe hat dieses Hotel nichts gehört. Nachts um 0:30 Uhr begann eine Party mit wirklich lauter Musik, sodass alle Gäste wach wurden und in der Lobby standen. Die Antwort, die man bekam war, dass es sich um Freunde des Hotelinhabers handeln würde und man nichts machen könnte.
