只可泊門口的馬路邊
景觀真的很好
很開陽
可以抺一下窗就更好了
總共有3個大露台
連接露台的樓梯能維修一下就更好
但看不到日出
因為右邊有更高的房屋阻擋了
整體來說
還是很棒
景觀彌補了其他不足

The owner is not responsive. The light in the bathroom is not working. The floor is very slippery. Many insects. The apartment is very creepy and there is an abandoned restaurant underneath the apartment. It is very noisy in midnight.

Property is really beautiful, beds are excellent, and the living room is nice and cozy. Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived.
One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage.
Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed. Outside it gets quite wild at night.

大変ユニークな施設で、お子様はとても喜ぶと思います。
お部屋はとてもきれいです。
2LDKです。
アマプラあります。
他は見てないのでわかりませんが、ネトフリも可かも知れません。
夏は暑く(実体験)、冬は寒いと思います。
風景は、沖縄の美しい海が広がって見え、素晴らしいです。
施設の方へ
●上部のガラスもきれいにして下さい。とても目立ちます。
●上部のガラスも遮光できるようにして下さい。
●夏はもっと強力なクーラーが必要です。
●冬は暖房、ホットカーペットまたは床暖房が絶対必要です。
●もとレストラン現廃墟、への階段は、宿泊者に見られないように工夫して下さい。
●サブスクは何が視聴可能なのか、施設情報に加えて下さい。
●基本的にはきれいなお部屋でしたが、細かいアラが目立ちます。

ーキッチン設備の塗装のハガレや開戸手持ちの壊れ
ー洗面、キッチンのパイプつまり
(流れが悪いです)
ーウッドデッキの老化
ーウッドデッキの清掃不行届
ーウッドデッキへのサッシの開閉が硬すぎます
上記は早急に改善すべきと思います。
改善されたところで、ようやく普通の宿泊施設になります。
