カプセルホテルの類は初めてだったので、清潔感やセキュリティの面で不安がありました。しかし、小さいながらも施錠可能なロッカーがあり、館内も全体的に清潔感がありました。私は鞄がスーツケースだったのでロッカーと休むスペースとを行ったり来たりしましたが(休むスペースにスーツケースを持ち込んでくれるなとの案内がありました)、荷物の少ない人はかなり利用しやすいのではないかと思います。

地點一流，自駕可泊在隔離的多層停車場，免費泊車，停車場有出口直達酒店後門。
唯一美中不足就是房間真的很小，但其他地方是滿分，房間非常乾淨，雖然是小型房但不是Semi Double Bed，床褥及枕頭很舒服；浴室的毛巾及用品很齊全；拖鞋附有一次性衛生鞋墊，亦有兩支免費樽裝水放在雪櫃內。
最滿意的是可以到步行兩分鐘的「橫手駅前溫泉」享受免費溫泉。

酒店位置便利，位於JR旁。不知是否大雪關係遮擋了，酒店門外看似沒有無障礙通道，行李需要搬幾級樓梯。但整體來講是滿意的。
