Good to have shutle bus service from Narita airport to hotel, but it would be better if there were more buses because the seats were almost full on the way back to hotel. Check- in was very fast and easy, amenities were nice; You will have to book the shuttle bus to go back to the airport by QR code in advance. Regarding the room, it was quite old but okay.. When we entered to the restroom in our hotel room there were some trash left in the bin. Anyway on the way back to airport, shuttle bus service was on time. Hotel staff were polite and could speak very good English :)

The hotel is close to Narita airport, offers a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to airport that runs every 30mins from 5am upto 10pm. The also offer free shuttle bus to JR Narita station if required. I was on two single bed room. Beds were the size small doubles. Room was nice size plemtly of room with 4 suitcases. Room had bath/shower. There in a shop. Cafe and restaurant at hotel.

Hotel is old and tired. Minimal staff. The room is dusty and smells mouldy. There is stain on the bathroom floor and drain is filled with scum and mysterious stuff. Bathroom smells wouldn’t go away. Corridor smells of tobacco smoke. This hotel is obviously NOT well taken care of. It’s a pity owner let it become disrepair. Reception is manned by one max I see two person and they speak minimum English. The only good part is clean towels and there is a convenient store in the lobby. I will not stay here again.

The place was fine. We, like most people, used it as a stopping point before going to the airport the next morning. The clerk asked us if we needed a bigger bed, but it was fine. The room was quite large for japan, plenty of room to walk around. and store your luggage, etc. In terms of proximity to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle, it was great. But there is nothing really close to the restaurant. In terms of shopping or dining. So the location is either really good or pretty bad, depending on your needs. The breakfast was okay. There were a lot of choices, both japanese, chinese, and Western. Nothing was really great, but nothing was terrible. They brought out it's a cooked head of a bluefin tuna, probably a 30 kg (66 lb) fish. Unfortunately, it was badly overcooked. If you're using this to facilitate airport access, it's a fine choice. Otherwise, it's a decent choice.
