Great location and one straight road to subway and JR line, and close to lots of shopping. Family mart and pub and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, and have coin laundry. The TV even allows you to play Netflix. The only thing missing is water fountain.

The room was well-cleaned and clean, and there were plenty of self-service amenities which was nice.
Drip coffee and other drinks were free and available in the amenity corner, and were delicious upon arrival and for the morning.
Although I didn't use it this time, there is a cafe on the first floor which looked good and had a good selection of morning meals.
There was a Starbucks and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient.
