I personally think that the kuchikomi is overrated. The front desk is small and the coffee server is in front of the front desk! Ice making machine, microwave oven, vending machine in the back. The shared PC also looks round from the front desk. There is no sense (>_<) The front desk is not good or bad. There was no oshibori service written in the kuchikomi. The elevator is a security elevator that doesn't move if you don't have a card key. The room is single and 16m2 and the size is bad but too dark! Only downlight, no sealing light. I can't even read a newspaper in the room, not to work. There is a small table light, but I gave up reading because my eyes were going to get bad. It is a double window for noise countermeasures and cannot be ventilated. The TV is 32 inches of land or Toshiba. There are trousers pressers, humidifier cleaners, and portable chargers. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and I don't think there is any trouble with eating. As a pity, the toilet is quite dirty and not cleaned very much, the wall is abnormally thin, the sound of opening the door of the next room is echoed, and the air conditioning is roaring However, since the location is good, I think it is good to consider the use when you want to hold the accommodation fee or when you just sleep.

Use at the front night of Haneda Airport. Close to the station, the cospa is the best and clean, so I will use it again. The room was renovated in March 2019 and it was picnic and clean. There is a 24-hour drink bar in the lobby on the first floor and a large bath in the basement. It takes 8 minutes to walk from the inn to Keikyu Kawasaki, and 15 minutes from Keikyu Kawasaki to Haneda Airport by Keikyu line.

As we all know, Japanese hotel rooms are small in size, well-equipped, clean and tidy. I traveled for two days in the middle, and the luggage that I don’t need to carry can be stored in the hotel, which greatly facilitates the travel. The only inconvenience is that there is no waiter who understands Chinese. Fortunately, there is translation software that can solve the problem. It was a pleasant experience, and I will choose this place next time.

The room is comfortable, the location is 20 minutes from Haneda, you can get a room with a view of the hotel next door, so it's not comfortable to open the curtains, even though I want to just take off my clothes in the room. One of the Lobby service staff was not helpful at all. I need assistance to contact a bus company to make a reservation, as no email was given only phone no as form of contact. The lobby service staff(male) told me to call from my room phone or my mobile only. He said that,only assist if the bus company operator can’t communicate in English. Very disappointing. I wonder what is customer service all about if you can’t assist the hotel guests.
