Nice hotel to stay, it equipped with a full amenities, there a Lawson on the first floor, 15 minutes walk from kannai, but there is a subway (forgot the name) just right in front of the hotel.

Hotel was very conveniently located near a metro stop and in an area with places of interest. Not too far a walk to the waterfront area. Good place to stay when in Yokohama.

This hotel is a great budget hotel right in the center of Yokohoma. The place is very close to all the good amenities and are walking distance. You can see the Yokohoma Dena Blue Star Stadium outside and Chinatown is one station away. The room we had was nice. The staff here is very kind, friendly and helpful. The fact that you can rent your own private sauna is the highlight for this hotel. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Yokohama for a short stay.

Very close to Metro line (google-san sent me to Kannai station is gave more closer station their) Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person) Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor , I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is next to 711, which is convenient for picking up tickets. It is also close to the venue. There are various convenience stores and hotels nearby. You can walk to the subway station. The transportation is convenient. You can also store your luggage. The hotel service is also very good.

We reached at 1pm was told the check in time was 2pm. We came back at 2.10pm room not ready, we only got our room at 2.45pm . Check out time was 11am, when I requested to check out at 12noon I was told that if I am a hotel member it would be free. They would or should have enrol me as a member to give me the free late check out option. Instead the same lady that checked us in late charged us JPY1,000. Which I did bother to argue. Service in Japan now sucks especially with BIG cities!

Close to the station, right beside restaurants & a konbini. Really appreciate the security lock to the female rooms. Check-in was simple, quick & the lady spoke a bit of English. They have an info paper in English too. Overall the place is modern & welcoming. There's tables on the 1st floor & another one the women's floor. Showers, sinks, & toilets were pretty clean. The capsule room itself is very spacious with a pull down screen. Unfortunately the fan was very weak so I was hot throughout the night. Overall really enjoyed the capsule experience & felt safe as a solo female traveler so I will book again if in Yokohama again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Comento in Yokohama Kannai and the overall experience was great! This time I came to see a concert. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of many popular attractions such as the Red Brick Warehouse and Yamashita Park, allowing me to easily explore this beautiful city. Comento Hotel is located right next to Yokohama BUNTAI, which is very convenient for me to attend a concert! The room was modern and comfortable, the bed was soft and I had a good sleep every night. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more pleasant. Overall, Comento Hotel is an ideal choice for accommodation, whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend it!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .

Very good, very cost-effective! The bed is large, the room is not small, and breakfast is provided. This price can't live in Japan! Friends who come to Yokohama can stay, good quality and cheap,
