A very good experience of stay. Good location which right next to the JR station, shopping mall and a wonderful harbour view during my stay. So many food and shopping choose around the hotel. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Will come again next time!!
Hotel was very conveniently located near a metro stop and in an area with places of interest. Not too far a walk to the waterfront area. Good place to stay when in Yokohama.
Good location. On the ”outskirts” of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there. If you want to explore ”old town”, to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds

Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Got upgraded during check-in, what a pleasant surprise. Location was fantastic, with minatomirai line train being next door. Parked our car at pier, about 5mins of walking. Close to red brick warehouse .
Will definitely stay again if we’re in town.
Great hotel. Feels very new and clean. Staff were great, and facilities were tiptop. Super value for money. Rooms were great too. Will recommend.
Only downside was that it was a distance away from the train station, both Yokohama and Sakuragicho.
The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling.
I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.
Hotel staff is as always very friendly and staff recognized us once we check in.
As this is a memorial trip for my mom who visited this hotel in Nov. We stayed in the same room.
The caring arrangement from hotel is always the reason we come again and again.
Convenient location with Bashamichi station directly below. 4 stops to Yokohama and 1 bus stop to Sakuragicho. Bus stop to get to World Porters and the other attractions is close as well, just make sure to buy the Minato Burari ticket.
As for the room, the 2 single beds were very comfortable and more than large enough. Bathroom was decent sized and the view was amazing. Many restaurants and convenience stores close by making it an all round excellent hotel in terms of value for money and location.
Breakfast was good despite options being limited but the quality shines out. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! Laundry machine was easy to operate and costs ¥500 yen for a 2 hour was and dry. Will highly recommend!
My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .

Amazing
Yyupeng8182During this trip to Japan, we stayed at the New Grand Hotel with a deep sense of history for three nights. The hotel was simple, solemn, elegant and warm. Opposite the hotel is Yamashita Park, which has pleasant scenery, and behind it is Chinatown, which is very lively. The room was clean and tidy, the room key was unique, the staff was gentle, and some of them could speak Chinese, and they spoke it very standardly. The hotel has high-end dining and convenient shopping. During my stay, I saw someone holding a wedding in the hotel.
DDestiny MauiWe booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently.
GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this time I really want to give a thumbs up to Ctrip's BD! It's so new, the facilities are so complete, the transportation is so convenient, there is Yamashita Park downstairs, and the Red Brick Warehouse is within walking distance. It's amazing that such a great hotel can get a pre-sale room voucher promotion! It would be even more perfect if the hotel can get more rooms next time so that I can stay a few more days! I like Yokohama, I like this hotel!
GGuest UserVery convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e.g. Takashimaya). It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station. The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids.
RrimjunsThis is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here again for a live performance in Yokohama. It's close to the station and has a large public bath where you can relax, so it's very convenient and appreciated! This time, I arrived at the lobby a little before the check-in time of 3pm, but since it was the weekend before Christmas in December, there was a line of people all the way to the elevators and it was crowded, but after the staff handed out the necessary paperwork, everything went smoothly.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity in Yokohama.
Yyue evaWhen you get to the parking lot is full, you have to drive to the public parking lot, and you have to pay another parking fee of 2500 yen per day. The place is convenient, walk out to China Street, you can walk to the park under the mountain, nearby has happiness pancake for breakfast
GGuest UserThe room is very clean. It is an old Japanese hotel. The price is very cheap because it was booked 1 and a half months in advance! ! ! The only disadvantage is that it is small. Those who have traveled to Japan know that it is so small that you can hardly spread out the suitcase. You can only lay it half flat and half sideways. The front desk does not speak English well, so communication is a bit tiring. It is better to have someone who knows some Japanese. The other thing is that there is no view outside the window. All the disadvantages are written. The rest are advantages. The price-performance ratio is amazing because the location is very convenient. It is 3 minutes away from Sakuradacho subway station. There are 2 convenience stores and 1 drugstore nearby. There is a large shopping supermarket 10 minutes away where you can buy all kinds of sushi, seafood and meat.
CChristianNice hotel, think it's the only one I've been to in Japan that has a microwave in the room! Location wise it's great for exploring Chinatown and those wanting to go to a DeNA Baystars game. No complaints with comfort or cleanliness, ticks all the boxes you want for a hotel in Japan.
GGuest UserI was quite satisfied with the good price for the hotel I booked on the spur of the moment. It's a chain hotel brand, which made me feel more at ease. The room was quite small but very well equipped. I didn't expect it even had a microwave!
