3-Star Hotels in Yokohama

Good location for family with kids. One side of the hotels rooms have a great view with rice and train station. My kid loved watching passing by trains far from the hotel. I could foucs working because of that. Food is great and you also have an Italian restaurant in the hotel. There many small restaurants near by. Translation is 250mts close by.

The hotel location is an 8-minute walk from Kannai Subway Station, and it takes 1 minute to turn left after passing the Yokohama Baseball Stadium intersection. Very close to Chinatown and Yamashita Park. There is a Don Quixote duty-free shop near Chinatown, and duty-free shopping is also convenient. The front desk is on the third floor, where you can check in and check out by yourself. There is Lawson downstairs. The front desk staff were very helpful and patient. Disposable toiletries provided (need to pick up by yourself) The hotel has a washing machine that automatically adds laundry detergent and can also dry automatically. It rained heavily the day we went and the clothes got wet. It was really convenient for us to be able to wash and dry the clothes in two hours. The room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for business and travel.

This is definitely value for money for Japan. Standard is high in Japan, but stay at this hotel was pleasant. Good central location. Small room but that is pretty standard here. All amenities provided and pyjamas. Comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Good reliable internet. Nice Italian place to eat next to the hotel.

Whenever I'm in Tokyo, I always stay at Akihabara Resol. I stayed at Yokohama for the first time in June, and I really liked the cute blue and yellow interior of the room, so this time I stayed there with a friend. After checking in, we chatted in the tea room, and after eating out, we chatted again in the tea room until late at night. My friend also seemed to like it very much. This time, the front desk kindly gave me directions, and I was able to get to Yokohama Station from Bashamichi Station, which is opposite the hotel, very conveniently. The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were plentiful, so I had a comfortable stay. I'm looking forward to staying there again next time. Thank you very much for your help.

Though the first room has a tiny unclean sheet issue , but hotel has helped changed the room very quickly . The service was excellent and polite . Also the breakfast simple but good enough. Like the ramen very much.

Very close to Metro line (google-san sent me to Kannai station is gave more closer station their) Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person) Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor , I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol

Subway is just right below the hotel to get you anywhere. There are a few malls nearby, if you're intending to just stay near the hotel. Amenities are conveniently located in the lobby. Starbucks is located in the hotel, if you wish to grab a cuppa in the morning. The staffs are friendly and are more than willing to help. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying for a longer period of time.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

Everything was good at the hotel. The only sad thing for me to share is that we had a very unpleasant experience inside the train heading towards Yokohama from Tokyo. We did not know that we were in the incorrect car. When we were told by the lady train staff, we got up from our seat and tried to go into the next car. But the next car was 110% full and we could not get in. One of the lady train staff was very rude and aggressive towards us. She pushed my wife very hard when we were in between the two cars until she almost lost her balance. Luckily she did not fall down. I view this as a very offensive act and we made a complaint at the Yokohama train office. The journey to Yokohama was very unpleasant.
