My son and I book this hotel because we went for a nearby concert at the K ARENA, it's only a good 10 mins walk from where we were, there are alot of 7 Eleven around , starbucks and the Queens 1 & 2 is a 30 mins walk to find more restaurants and Mark Is Mall. The hotel is lovely , we had a great place to rest before we could check in strictly at 3pm . Friendly service and we enjoyed the morning breakfast . The rooms are spacious and I love the toiletries. I would highly recommend this place with breakfast .
The location of the hotel is excellent especially there is bus services to Narita airport right in front of the hotel.
The location is also near to Hammerhead pier where shopping ad food are available.
The view from the window is wonderfully impressive and beautiful.
The staff are all friendly and helpful
The room is spacious and clean.
The Ocean cafeteria located on the ground level serves excellent buffet where we enjoyed good food and Sushi.
We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend our friends and relatives when they visit Yokohama.
Hotel staff is as always very friendly and staff recognized us once we check in.
As this is a memorial trip for my mom who visited this hotel in Nov. We stayed in the same room.
The caring arrangement from hotel is always the reason we come again and again.

During my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.
Very convenient place for any access in transportation. Plus the amenities they have gym and coffee/ tea bar area you can get as long as you want. And most specially when you go down to the hotel, it's right there the Seven Eleven convenience store 🤗
Very convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e.g. Takashimaya). It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station. The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids.
It's been a great experience compare to other hotels I have stayed in Tokyo. Yet small but there were no smoking smells and it was quiet to sleep at night. The cleaners are so friendly, most of them can speak English and so accommodating. The facilities and staff were great. Location is a 10 minute walk from Yokohama station and it was nice to walk to Rinko Park which was a workout for me. These rooms would suit a solo traveller due to the size of the room. I was amazed they gave me 18 water bottles for each night of my 18 night stay and there was a feedback form as well which all hotels in Tokyo have not provide this level of service. Highly recommend!
The hotel is new and all the facilities are great. The service staff's English level is very high and there is no communication barrier at all. They also gave us a set of Japanese sake, which was very happy. I thought I was going to smoke cigars on the street this trip, but it turned out that the hotel also had a quite large smoking room, which was very pleasant. When the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. In summary, the hotel is cost-effective and you can stay here again.
The room was stylish, the front desk staff was very kind and very nice, but there were a few problems.
The first is that there were many banquets and other events held in the Hotel The Knot Yokohama building, and I stayed there for 5 days, but 3 to 5 events were held in the hotel building every day, and the noise echoed all the way to the room. The time period was around 18:00 to 21:00. One of the problems was the sound of people singing into the microphone and the vibration and noise of dragging chairs when cleaning up. (It was so loud that you could hear what they were singing.)
The second is that when other rooms use water or flush the toilet, the sound of the water echoes throughout the room. This doesn't bother me during the day, but when I hear it at night or when I'm trying to fall asleep in the middle of the night, I can't sleep well, which was unpleasant. To be honest, I think it's because the building itself is old, but there isn't much soundproofing, and the bathroom area is still the same as it was in the past.
Cleaning was done once every 3 days. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and they gave us a Felcome drink card so we could drink at the restaurant.
It's about a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station, so the location is great.
There are also many restaurants around the hotel, such as GU, Uniqlo, and McDonald's, as well as Don Quijote and Aeon supermarkets, so if you forget something or need something, you can find everything within a five-minute walk, so I was very satisfied and happy about that!

ウウニ部 部長The hotel is close to the station, the interior was lovely and smelled nice, the rooms were spacious and had cute designs everywhere, it was great.
The service from the staff was also first class.
This time my stay was short due to my schedule, but I would like to come back and stay for a longer stay.
Thank you.
SSU HUAIt was already 9pm when we arrived at Tokyo Haneda Airport. I wanted to go for a walk in Kamakura and then move to a hotel near Disney. I searched Google and found this highly rated hotel near JR Yokohama. With the price of a room on weekdays being less than 2,000, there is an announcement
There is a shared bathing space, and the room can accommodate two 28-inch suitcases. There is a 711 next to the hotel, and there is a 24-hour udon shop downstairs opposite, with a high CP value. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk from JR to the hotel. We took the underground passage but couldn't find an exit with an elevator along the way. After checking out, we took the flat surface, which seemed easier to find. The hotel waiters are very enthusiastic. There are many kinds of tea bags and coffee bags. The toiletries and toiletries are placed next to the counter on the first floor, so you can take them yourself.
GGuest UserUndoubtedly, a large viewing window makes people feel relaxed and happy while looking at the harbor sea view outside. I don’t know how much it would cost to buy it. In the evening, I would buy some leeks and sit in front of the viewing window to enjoy the night lights outside. What else could I ask for in life if I have such a view?
The environment of the large public bath is also very good. The bathing areas are separated from each other. In addition to the indoor pool, there is also an outdoor pool. It is very comfortable to soak in it in winter.
A very important point is that because of the design of Yokohama Minato Mirai that separates people and vehicles, the route from Yokohama Station to the hotel is on an elevated passage, without the need to land at all. You can also pass through the Nissan Building and directly enter the Nissan Automobile Museum. It is really a great hotel with a great location.
SspeechAccess from the station was very good.
The sauna was also very good, but I was worried that the temperature of the hot spring was set to a fairly low level (maybe about 38 ℃?).
GGuest UserIt's a very old hotel. You have to carry your luggage down to the front desk on the next floor. Remember to take the underground passage when you come out of the station. It goes straight to the end. Turn left and take the elevator. You will see it on your left. When I first looked for it, I stupidly looked for it on the road. I walked around a lot and there were not many sidewalks on the road. Since Yokohama, the hotel only provides towels for one person.

Many people say they can't sleep well, so what?
But to be honest, I slept really well❤️
Compared to the bedrooms on the ship, there is no shaking here.
Compared to camping tents, there is air conditioning here
Compared to dormitory beds, this place is clean and comfortable
And I’m very used to the enveloping sense of space, so I don’t feel any pressure at all.
There is also a large bath downstairs where you can take a bath and have an oven where you can wash clothes and dry them.
It's close to the station and the price is NT$800 per night (including tax and sleep).
The only thing I find difficult to use is the locker, which is really small.
I only took a backpack with me this time, and it was a sailor-style duffel bag. I had to force myself to put it in... Then if the guest next to me wanted to take something, I had to take out all the items from the locker with great difficulty, like the exhibition The BOM table uses up the narrow aisle space, and then keeps saying ”すみません” to people passing by!すみません!すみません!
However, it is still a nice place to stay anyway!
I will give it a 3.8 stars ⭐️ by C/P rating
ヤヤイタマI stayed here the night before participating in the Yokohama Marathon. It was a very clean and comfortable room. I got a slightly better plan, so I was able to use the equipment refurbishment service, which made me very satisfied. The location is easy to find, less than a 10-minute walk from the station ticket gate. It's right in the middle of the downtown area, and there are love hotels around, but that doesn't bother me. It's convenient and has everything you need, whether you're going shopping or going to a restaurant.
I'd definitely like to stay here again next year if there's availability.
DdanthetravellerI was worried after I read previous reviews but I was relieved when I got into the room. I think the bad reviews are just based on out-of-this-world preferences of some guests. My experience was great. Yes, the room is tiny, but considering the money you pay, and before booking, you’re told the size of the room, and the pictures tell you what you’re about to face. Why bother complaining? If you walk, the road is not luggage-friendly but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Check in & out was great. The room amenities were amazing. Would come back here!
