The location is good that's 10 minutes walk to Yokohama station right beside takashimaya store. The men's onsen is quite crowded at all times good thing is that only three floors so you do not need to wait very long for the lift to arrive. They provide free of charge a set of clothes and slippers and towels. Unfortunately they do not provide refrigerator for you to store your perishable food and drinks.
The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and it was great to be able to use the large public bath. You can hear a lot of voices from other rooms in the hallway leading to the room. You can even hear the door opening from inside the room.
It's very expensive to make a reservation at the last minute around Yokohama Station, so I made the reservation early.

Fantastic location! It's only a 2-minute walk to the subway station. Within a 5-minute stroll, you'll find a large shopping mall, a big supermarket, Guzi Market, and an area bustling with restaurants. There are at least three karaoke bars nearby, and a Lawson convenience store is right outside the door. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Location: Right next to K Arena, which is super convenient if you're attending a show. The soundproofing is also excellent. I stayed for two days, and even with performances happening both days, I couldn't hear a thing, so you can definitely rest assured about that. It's very close to Yokohama Station and SOGO, just a short stroll away. Minato Mirai is about a 30-minute walk.
Facilities: Having just opened in 2023, everything is brand new. The lobby is a tad on the smaller side, and only having two restaurants feels a bit limited. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, everything tastes great, and the freshly baked quiches and croissants are a major highlight – highly recommended!
Service: The front desk and concierge staff were all young and incredibly polite; absolutely nothing to fault there. The only thing I found puzzling was that housekeeping finishes at 5 PM, meaning room cleaning isn't possible afterward. Is even a 5-star hotel cutting corners like this?
The location is superb! The environment is first-rate and it's impeccably clean. It's also very peaceful. You can open the windows for fresh air, and the views are absolutely stunning! The surrounding area is home to R&D centers of world-renowned companies. It's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Takashima Station (Exit 2); turn right as you come out. Dining options nearby are a bit limited. Complimentary samples are available at the front desk, but they aren't proactively offered, so you need to pick them up yourself. Tea bags are provided, and the coffee is delicious! The night views are lovely!
It have bus directly from Narita airport that makes it super convenient. Their service just perfect makes me feel very comfortable. And it just beside the park. High recommend for foreigners because they have fluent English speaking staff in every department. And very good location for shopping too.
One and only tiny hope that maybe the toilet flash button can be more handy.
Anyway I enjoyed very much. Thank you.
I stayed to catch the airport bus.
The bath sauna rest space and facilities are substantial.
However, the accommodation is not suitable for those who are concerned about the noise and sleep in the neighborhood, such as the entrance of the booth is a curtain.
Just get off the elevator to YCAT! The location was great for me.
It is very close to Yokohama Station. There are many delicious ramen restaurants nearby. You can walk a few hundred meters to Yokohama Takashimaya and Yokohama Station. There are also buses to Mount Fuji at Yokohama Station, which is very convenient.
I was very pleased with the hotel. The lobby offered complimentary daily essentials, and coin-operated washing machines were available on some floors. A standout feature was the lobby's balcony, where you could enjoy the sea view from comfortable sofas or even while relaxing in a hot tub, which was quite unique. Breakfast was also excellent, complete with stunning sea views!

Great
GGuest UserMy wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street. The hotel room is reasonably big, well-equipped and maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would like to thank Miyazaki san. My wife was sick and Miyazaki san offered great help in looking for English English-speaking medical doctor for her. Miyazaki san sent us a message to follow up with my wife's health and offer room service for breakfast. It was really helpful and touching.
MM16816****The room was typical for an established five-star hotel, quite conventional. Their strict adherence to rules was almost obsessive-compulsive. I moved the bed against the wall because I had my child with me, but housekeeping would consistently restore it to its original position every day.
Then there was the enigmatic tissue box, always placed on the floor between the two beds. I'd move it, only for it to be returned to the exact same spot the very next day.
The location wasn't particularly convenient either; there were very few convenience stores nearby, requiring a walk of over five minutes.
Given the choice, I'd likely opt for Tokyu next time.
JJennie0203Let me start with the conclusion. Overall, I am very satisfied! The hotel is very new, clean and tidy. The king-size room we chose has a separate bathroom and toilet, which is separated into three parts. The overall area is not large, but it is enough and very comfortable. The hotel is a little far from Yokohama Station. After getting out of the subway, you have to go up a flyover. When you get off the flyover from SOGO, there is no elevator. There is only a slope of about 30 degrees to pull the suitcase, which is a bit strenuous. It is recommended that if you have heavy suitcases, you can take one more stop on the Minato Mirai Line at the entrance of the hotel, and there will be elevators throughout the journey; the hotel has a high floor, good scenery, and a large bath. There is a 7-11 downstairs, and it is in the same building as Yamaha. It is located in the center of the commercial district. The street is very fashionable, a bit like a high-end version of Maetan. It is very convenient for shopping, eating, and walking. I stayed for 3 nights and was reluctant to leave. I will choose it again next time.
XXuanxuanThe hotel's location is excellent; you can find plenty of food options right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. However, it's very close to the train station, so be prepared for some noticeable train noise (clanking and rattling) at night – you'll need to be okay with that.
This is absolutely ridiculous; I've never encountered such an issue during check-in in my entire life, and it happened right here at this hotel. The self-check-in kiosk issued me a key for room 613, but the front desk staff (a young lady) then gave me a key card for room 513. When I used the card to enter, I found other guests' personal belongings on the table! Luckily, the room was empty! I had to go back downstairs to get it sorted out. She clearly realized her mistake and repeatedly asked if anyone was in the room, probably terrified of a major complaint. You'd think a meticulous Japanese establishment wouldn't make such a fundamental error! Here's a photo I took of the other guests' belongings when I entered the room.
ウウニ部 部長The hotel is close to the station, the interior was lovely and smelled nice, the rooms were spacious and had cute designs everywhere, it was great.
The service from the staff was also first class.
This time my stay was short due to my schedule, but I would like to come back and stay for a longer stay.
Thank you.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel because I was attending a show at Pia Arena MM. The 101 bus system, located just a two to three-minute walk away, was more convenient than public transport. Also, if you're heading to Yokohama Station with luggage, I'd recommend taking the main road to the north rather than walking straight through the shopping street. There are many restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient.
The hotel description stated check-in was until midnight, but after emailing them, I received confirmation that early morning check-in was also possible – a real lifesaver for those with unconventional arrival times. During check-in, they provided very detailed explanations, covering things like room cleaning and how to pick up amenities.
The room layout was excellent; the single room felt completely uncrowded even for solo use. Plus, it surprisingly offered a small view!
Please note that the smoking room on the second floor is now exclusively for electronic cigarettes, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe road noise at night was incredibly loud; I don't understand how the soundproofing could be so poor. The bed was too soft and the pillows too high, leading to a very uncomfortable sleep. The front desk staff I encountered had poor English, making communication quite challenging. I requested children's slippers and toothbrushes, but they sent several adult-sized ones instead, which were simply left piled outside our door when we weren't in. We even had to wait half an hour for a pair of chopsticks one evening. The only upside was that the facilities seemed relatively new, but everything else was at least a 10-minute walk away. Only a Lawson convenience store was somewhat close, about a five-minute walk. I definitely won't be coming back.
