"The location is superb! The environment is first-rate and it's impeccably clean. It's also very peaceful. You can open the windows for fresh air, and the views are absolutely stunning! The surrounding area is home to R&D centers of world-renowned companies. It's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Takashima Station (Exit 2); turn right as you come out. Dining options nearby are a bit limited. Complimentary samples are available at the front desk, but they aren't proactively offered, so you need to pick them up yourself. Tea bags are provided, and the coffee is delicious! The night views are lovely!"
"A very good experience of stay. Good location which right next to the JR station, shopping mall and a wonderful harbour view during my stay. So many food and shopping choose around the hotel. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Will come again next time!!"
"This hotel offers significantly better value for money than hotels in Tokyo or Osaka. I really love Yokohama, and last time I didn't get to stay here. Choosing to stay this time was a truly pleasant surprise, and my child loved it too. The location is excellent; it's a short walk to both Chinatown and Yamashita Park."
"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff made sure I felt welcome at all times. The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others."
"I was very pleased with the hotel. The lobby offered complimentary daily essentials, and coin-operated washing machines were available on some floors. A standout feature was the lobby's balcony, where you could enjoy the sea view from comfortable sofas or even while relaxing in a hot tub, which was quite unique. Breakfast was also excellent, complete with stunning sea views!"
"I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a business trip, as its location made my morning and evening commutes to my office in Japan very convenient. My accompanying spouse also found it very easy to explore various popular destinations in Yokohama independently via the light rail. The hotel boasts a superb location; an airport shuttle stop is conveniently located right near the hotel, and there are plenty of dining options both downstairs and within the building. However, the price difference on Ctrip between rooms with and without breakfast is unusually large and doesn't seem to align with the hotel's actual breakfast charge. I suggest verifying and updating this so that guests can more easily choose breakfast-inclusive options when booking through Ctrip."
"It have bus directly from Narita airport that makes it super convenient. Their service just perfect makes me feel very comfortable. And it just beside the park. High recommend for foreigners because they have fluent English speaking staff in every department. And very good location for shopping too.
One and only tiny hope that maybe the toilet flash button can be more handy.
Anyway I enjoyed very much. Thank you."
"The room was typical for an established five-star hotel, quite conventional. Their strict adherence to rules was almost obsessive-compulsive. I moved the bed against the wall because I had my child with me, but housekeeping would consistently restore it to its original position every day.
Then there was the enigmatic tissue box, always placed on the floor between the two beds. I'd move it, only for it to be returned to the exact same spot the very next day.
The location wasn't particularly convenient either; there were very few convenience stores nearby, requiring a walk of over five minutes.
Given the choice, I'd likely opt for Tokyu next time."
"excellent location as it is steps away from subway station isezaki chojamachi station. there is a Lawson downstairs. so convenient when you are hungry at night. the rooms are good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. place is quiet and good sleep ensured.all amenities provided. staff are helpful. walking distance to shopping street. highly recommended. there is even a lovely bath tub . water pressure is good and strong"

Amazing
EElinaNikOmg, I stopped at first cabin hotels and other of this type, but I never think that this type of hotels could be so convenient! I totally fall in love with this hotel!
Despite the fact that you're taking just a bad, you are getting a privet room with table and space for your baggage (another person has his/her own entry and room).
There is a free breakfast, but not only this!
In shared space you will find free coffee from coffee machine, in the late evening you can take a noodle for free.
I shared space in your floor is massage chair, available for free, water and yogurt.
They have spa and privet bath too!
Bathroom has everything you could need, even lotion and hair comb.
Staff are friendly, room is cozy, and a lot of free adds, what else needs for the tourist?
Location is greate, you can go to Kamakura, Disneyland, Tokyo... Anywhere, but it less crowded compared with Tokyo.
I definitely would back in next trip!

JJNeyI love the room and location.
Travelled there for a concert at K-Arena.
Was a bit hard to find location at first cos the Yokohama station was soooo busy.
But once I checked in and walked around, I found my bearings and it’s actually really convenient.
The room was just nice for me, really clean and comfortable.
Loves my 2 night stay there.
SShiori SCThe hotel is located next to the JR station and opposite the Keikyu Station. Whether going to the airport or to Tokyo or Yokohama, transportation is very convenient. The counter staff are friendly and polite. There are free coffee machines and tea bags available for use. There are a wide variety of personal packaging cleaning and maintenance products, including cotton swabs and hair ties, and there are four types of bath powder to choose from. The room is clean and comfortable. The 25-inch and 29-inch suitcases can be fully opened and laid flat. The TV screen is much larger than other business hotels. The hot water temperature in the bathroom is stable and the water pressure is normal. It is impeccable and can be included in the frequently used list.
AAnonymous UserThe property was located within walking distance to the JR, Yokohama blue subway and Minatomirai lines. There is also a self service drinks station available at the hotel lobby round the clock.
CCarey LoyShin Yokohama Prince Hotel: Clean and Comfortable, Despite its Age
The Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, even though it may be slightly older. While the rooms might be on the smaller side, they provide a good space for rest and relaxation.
A particular highlight seems to be the excellent condition of the showers and the cleanliness of the toilets. These are important aspects of a comfortable stay, and it's great to hear they are well-maintained.
If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Shin Yokohama, where a good night's sleep is a priority, this hotel could be a good option, even if it doesn't offer the most spacious rooms.

Very Good
MMel AngThe hotel is not bad. I have stayed at other branches of the Comfort hotel chain before, but the one seems a bit older. There is a high step to get into the bathroom, which is a bit dangerous, and the bathroom ceiling is a bit low. For reference, I'm 1.66 m. Breakfast is decent, but dishes repeat every 2 days or so, and it can get very crowded as the dining area is small. The free drinks are a nice touch. Good area room stay in. Port, park, stadium, Chinatown, redbrick warehouse, etc. are all in walkable distance. There are decent food options around as well. The staff are nice and helpful! They even tucked my soft toy in while tidying the room :)
GGuest UserThe location is good that's 10 minutes walk to Yokohama station right beside takashimaya store. The men's onsen is quite crowded at all times good thing is that only three floors so you do not need to wait very long for the lift to arrive. They provide free of charge a set of clothes and slippers and towels. Unfortunately they do not provide refrigerator for you to store your perishable food and drinks.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The room is clean and tidy, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is good. However, the room is a bit small. It is very convenient to get to the tourist attractions and is suitable for solo travelers.
JJosh SeseNear convenience stores and supermarket. Also inside Chinatown where different food are offered. Walking distance from Motomachi Chukagai Station.
