"The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Minato Mirai Station, and has many options for shopping and dining at MARK IS. The hotel rooms are large and have new facilities. You can see Mount Fuji in the room when the weather is good. The staff are enthusiastic and speak good English."
"We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently."
"Actually same trip with previous comment, we just made the booking separately for trying the hotel's breakfast for 1 day.
We paid for upgrading the room from studio to 1 bedroom one, a bit expensive but it's really worth for it. The room is clean and large, and with balcony that we can take great picture there, nice day and night view!! Since it's kind of service apartment, the kitchen tools are available for use, and there is a supermarket nearby the hotel, we bought food there (yummy Japanese beef...strawberry......etc.) and made sukiyaki ourselves as night snack. XD
Hotel has lounge for free coffee and tea, as well as gym room, the facilities are more than enough.
There are 2 style of set breakfast - Japanese style and West style, we chose Japanese's one and it's tasty, the fish is yum yum."

"Room size abit small but still can open 2 large luggage. Love the bathroom, can choose to use bathtub or the shower area where there is a stool to sit while bathing.. The shampoo/conditioner/bath wash are of good quality and smell really nice. Hotel also provide facial oil, cleanser, toner, and moisturiser from kose, in individual packet, so convenient!!Staff response to my urgent email promptly when I seek help on parking lot due to unable to return rental car on time. Really appreciate their professionalism!"
"I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business."
"The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling."
"Hotel staff is as always very friendly and staff recognized us once we check in.
As this is a memorial trip for my mom who visited this hotel in Nov. We stayed in the same room.
The caring arrangement from hotel is always the reason we come again and again."
"The rooms are very clean and equipped with the bare necessities.
Toyoko Inn quality. The staff smile and respond appropriately.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, but there are times when I don't eat it, so I wish they would offer a plan without meals."
"The location is very good and the transportation is convenient.
Although the room is small, it is well-equipped. The breakfast provided is Japanese rice balls, with rich choices and local characteristics.
The only drawback is that it does not provide luggage storage service"

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
FFaradillaBooked 2 rooms for family of 5. Got upgraded during check-in, what a pleasant surprise. Location was fantastic, with minatomirai line train being next door. Parked our car at pier, about 5mins of walking. Close to red brick warehouse .
Will definitely stay again if we’re in town.
DdillonchewwxGreat hotel. Feels very new and clean. Staff were great, and facilities were tiptop. Super value for money. Rooms were great too. Will recommend.
Only downside was that it was a distance away from the train station, both Yokohama and Sakuragicho.
GGuest UserThis is my fav hotel during japan trip.
Location is great, just few mins walk from exit station yokohama, with escalator access available. Yokohama is big city with easy access to tokyo, I highly recommend people coming to tokyo to stay in yokohama due to many factors!
I chose this room because the size is bigger compared to hotels in tokyo, which turn out to be great! The room has big windows, sofa, enough space to open big luggages. We really find this as huge benefit cz small room really limit your movement.
The amenities are available to pick up at lobby area, really convenient.
Room is clean, well maintained, modern.
Staff are friendly and efficient!
Excellent stay overall and I would definitely come back if I go japan again!
AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was just within the station so it’s convenient to travel around. There are also a lot of shops around like pharmacy, convenience store and so on. They also have a lot of amenities in 3rd floor.
DDavid K T SoHotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.
GGuest UserI was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.

Very Good
QQQ_QQA very good experience of stay. Good location which right next to the JR station, shopping mall and a wonderful harbour view during my stay. So many food and shopping choose around the hotel. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Will come again next time!!
GGuest UserThe room is very clean. It is an old Japanese hotel. The price is very cheap because it was booked 1 and a half months in advance! ! ! The only disadvantage is that it is small. Those who have traveled to Japan know that it is so small that you can hardly spread out the suitcase. You can only lay it half flat and half sideways. The front desk does not speak English well, so communication is a bit tiring. It is better to have someone who knows some Japanese. The other thing is that there is no view outside the window. All the disadvantages are written. The rest are advantages. The price-performance ratio is amazing because the location is very convenient. It is 3 minutes away from Sakuradacho subway station. There are 2 convenience stores and 1 drugstore nearby. There is a large shopping supermarket 10 minutes away where you can buy all kinds of sushi, seafood and meat.
AAnonymous UserLocation is superb if you’re a glutton for Chinese cuisines cause the famous Yokohama Chinatown is just steps away. Convenient traffic to other attractions by walk or metro. Room is clean and full-functional.
