交通很方便，可能因為是轉角房的緣故所以面積比較大，性價比很高。樓下有個葯粧店，站裏的東急超市買買水果生鮮也挺好的。

日本房間都很小，衞生方面不用擔心，相鐵系列酒店都是這個標準差不多，早餐50rmb左右比較温馨的家庭式料理形式，300-400rmb的價格比國內經濟型酒店值得

鄰近戶塚車站，附近有4間百貨公司及超級市場等。生活機能非常完善。飯店提供乾淨素雅的用餐餐廳，外帶的餐食可以透過餐廳提供的兩台微波爐加熱，非常便利，滿足旅客自在用餐。附近的超級市場提供非常新鮮的生食海鮮以及世界級的日本黑毛和牛、松阪牛等高級食材。感謝櫃檯服務人員真誠的接待，我們感到無比榮幸。飯店提供bath powder供房客在房內泡湯洗去一天的疲憊。是我們認為日本自助行的優質首選的飯店。

寝間着があり、部屋も極小ではない。
浴室の蛇口がシャワーと洗面台で共用になっており、一人がシャワー使用中にもう一人が洗面台を使用できないのが不便。
安いので仕方ないとは思う。
禁煙室を予約したかったが喫煙可の部屋しか空いておらず、当然ではあるが非常に臭かった。
トツカーナ駐車場に1200円で24時間駐車できるのは良い。
