The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra.
Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

Probably one of the worse hotel we stayed in japan, very dated and few things in the room does not work... very confusing on check in too. Probably will look for somewhere else if we came back to yokohama.

For the price, the room is okish. But when I asked about the Onsen, the reception staff told me there wasn't any ... despite mentioned in the hotel description! Then I saw the conflicting notice about paying a fee for Onsen ... don't know whether it is available ??

The hotel is quite aged but maintains quite well. I am impressed. I arrived quite late and left quite early (stay less than 24hrs) so I couldn't check out much of the hotel amenities/ facilities.
