Staffs are great & friendly,. Will definitely come back in this hotel. Free drinks to the guests from 1-11pm but i hope there’s a complimentary water at least 2 bottles of mineral per room per day. 🙏

出發前看了評價，和朋友們説，與其不要太高，我們實際入住三個晚上三個房間，有一對朋友兩人定成了一人入住雙人房，辦理入住的時候工作人員馬上幫我們處理好，非常給力，前台還有各種免費的飲品13:00-23:00，早餐確實很豐盛，基本上都是日本人入住

這次日本行唯一不喜歡的酒店 首先是一共定了四間房 前台有一間找不到預訂 我們10個人在大堂一直等 我就説能否先給另外三間房的房卡 等下聯繫攜程再來解決 前台回答不行 我説好 那留三個人不上樓在這裏解決問題 也很強硬的説不行 大熱天 又有好幾個孩子酒店一點都不變通 三間找到訂單的房間就是不給房卡 最後聯繫攜程給了個他們內部的預訂號才找到這個訂單 酒店服務態度太差 房間倒是面積不小 但是在牀頭櫃發現一個疑似人類腳皮的東西 本想打電話給前台讓她們自己上來看 但是房間裏的電話根本用不了 衹好拍照下樓給他們看 最後就是換了個更大的房間給我們

設施：設施一般，比較老舊的酒店，大堂很小。
衞生：衞生稍微差點，床品不是很乾凈，沒有無煙房，衹給了吸煙房，床上都是洞，房間有異味，四人間有一張彈簧床，非常不舒服😖
環境：環境一般般，隔壁就是一蘭拉麪🍜24小時營業，吃飯挺方便的，從地鐵出來也不遠，去橫濱港和杯麪博物館都很近，走路就去了，坐纜車更近。
服務：含早餐的，工作人員挺負責，沒座位就不讓進，坐外面等！

交通還比較方便，賓館看上去有點陳舊，環境一般，前台接待的態度還比較熱情，房間挺小的，該有的設施也都有，也有空氣凈化機和冰箱。雙休日的價格要翻倍，有點不划算。就看在到各個景點還比較方便。乘摩天輪纜車就在走過去幾分鐘的櫻木町站附近，離山下公園和紅磚倉庫也不遠，都比較方便。

酒店就在JR櫻木町站，走地下通道到野毛路就可以，酒店前台英文服務很好。房間非常大，三個床，每天12點前給前台鑰匙就可以打掃
