The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it.
Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy.
The breakfast buffet is a big DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
It’s our 3rd time in this hotel but this time we felt cheated. They charged too much for the breakfast but nothing special.. the foods were very basic. My husband and I couldn’t believe that the foods we had at a business hotel were way better than this so called 5star hotel.. very disappointing… I guess this will be our last time to stay here. Just a waste of money.

The reception is nice. The housekeeping support staff are also efficient. The hotel room is a bit old.. No staff will help to take the luggages,... Overall experience is ok.. the location of the hotel is absolutely convenient. The view is magnificent. Can see mt fuji..

There is nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms or the convenience of the surrounding environment.
It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range. The front desk and baggage desk personnel were so unprofessional that I felt it would be better if they were mechanized.
