Location is good as it is walking distance 3~5min away from Shin yokohama station. The cons is the room size. It is very small and there is no place for you to place and open the lugguage.
The pros is the price, which is around USD40/night inclusive of breakfast.

Maybe because I booked early, I was able to stay in a spacious room on the top floor, even though it was cheap at 5,500 yen per person on a weekday. I was very satisfied!
The location is also very good, as Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena are both close by!
One thing that bothered me a little was that there was a strange noise I'd never heard when I was in the elevator, which made me a little uneasy, probably because the hotel was built about 40 years ago.
There were some parts that felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and had a clean feeling◎

Being stranded in Yokohama due to a typhoon, I happened to meet Utada Hikaru holding a concert at Yokohama Arena. The room prices were very high, so I had no choice but to book a double bed room. It was very crowded for two people to sleep in. I had to queue for a long time when I checked in. I don’t know if it was because I was Chinese. I was given the first room, and I didn't sleep well all night. I woke up in all sorts of strange ways. Sleeping so hard that my back hurts.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena, where the live show was held, and the hotel rate was reasonable.
