Very nice hotel with walking distance to Shin Yokohama station!

It's great but not the Best

There is no soup room. Breakfast only has a few sandwiches, a small bowl of salad and a drink. It is not the Japanese buffet breakfast of other Yamato hotels. If you ask for a cup of hot water in the restaurant, you will be charged. Why can't we put two single beds side by side instead of forcing two people to sleep in one big bed?

Conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama Station. Daiwa Roynet has large desks, making it ideal for business use. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is convenient.

The overall feeling was good, but the room I stayed in had a strong smell of smoke. It is recommended to increase ventilation when guests are not there.

My family and I stayed here for different reasons. It was very conveniently located near Yokohama Arena, and they were very accommodating with changes to our check-in time. I'd like to use this hotel again if I have plans nearby.

I stayed here for 5 days on a business trip. I had breakfast at the cafe next door every day, which I got a little bored of.

It was close to Shin-Yokohama Station and the automatic check-in/check-out was convenient. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

It's not very close to Shin-Yokohama Station, but it's close. The room was clean. I got the impression that the customer service from the front desk staff (Asian) was too businesslike and unfriendly.
