Stayed for two nights. The hotel is next to Shinzian Station on the Keikyu Line and Keihin Tohoku Line. It's actually in Kanagawa, not in Yokohama city.
Let’s talk about the advantages first: The hotel is very convenient. Whether it’s going to Tokyo Station or Haneda Airport, it’s all on the same line (Haneda needs to get off in the middle and transfer to the opposite side to Haneda). There are many eating places and convenience stores around the hotel, which is generally very convenient.
The free breakfast is rich in variety, including vegetables and meat. It is self-service and tastes good.
The facility is very new and has just opened. You can see Mount Fuji on a clear day.
Let’s talk about the disadvantages: being next to the railway, the low floors may be noisy. If it is a smoking room, some smells will be stronger. There is also a cemetery next to Xinzian Station. It was a bit scary when I saw it as soon as I came out of the station.

It's close to the station, but not directly connected, so even if you can see it, you have to go around in a circle.
Breakfast is included, which is nice, but you eat in a space next to the front desk that makes you wonder, "Where am I supposed to eat this?"

I liked that breakfast was included. There wasn't a lot of variety, but it was nice that I could eat hot food. My shoes got wet, so I asked if there was anything I could use, and they lent me a towel. It was snowing outside, so the bed by the window was a little cold.
