Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama Reviews

My room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.

The location is great, directly connected to the station. The hotel is located above a shopping center, so it was convenient. I wish there was a 100 yen shop. It's generally clean and quiet. However, the TV remote control in the room I stayed in was dirty. Also, the bathtub and sink are separated by glass, and there was water stains on the glass and dirt on the rubber gasket where it meets the bathtub. It was the first thing I saw when I sat in the bathtub. I think the rest of the hotel was clean, though... The front desk staff were very nice when I checked in, so it's a shame.

It's directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station, so it's very accessible! The view was great, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

房間衞生還可以，早餐可以接受。地理位置優越，就在車站樓上（車站內🈶直達酒店大堂10樓的標識）

It's inconvenient that the mineral water server is only on the 13th floor. If there is one on every floor, I can understand why there is still no bottled water.

駅直結で便利です。全体的に清潔で、ラウンジも使用できるので本当におすすめです。

ラウンジ無料でドリンク飲み放題で部屋にも持っていけるのも良かった。 お部屋も清潔感があり快適でした。

Very cost-effective, the room is quite big and clean. The station is downstairs, so it is convenient to go anywhere. You can take the elevator to the lobby after getting off the Shinkansen, but there is nothing around. The hotel itself is very good!

This is a clean hotel where you can check in without taking a single step outside the station. You can also use the lounge and coffee and juices are self-service. You can also drink draft beer for a fee (snacks included for 500 yen). There are rooms on either side, with a view of Mt. Fuji and a view of Minato Mirai. If the weather is good, you can see the Boso Peninsula in Chiba from the rooms with a view of Minato Mirai. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
