Staff are nice and the breakfast is good. They even upgrade our room for free because we arrived so late at hotel due to the traffic jam.

I paid extra cost to upgrade to the room with harbour view and the view was super. The room size is reasonable. Its location is great and if I travel to Yokohama next time, I will pick this hotel again.
