My 4 nights stay was perfect. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel entrance is less than 50 steps from JR Station New South Gate. Plenty shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

the room smells bad like body odor. I’m not sure what’s wrong. I asked to change rooms, and they changed rooms. And the second room was okay. I went out and came back and it smelt bad. Maybe they are spraying a freshener to get rid of the smell or maybe it’s the ventilation. But two rooms both smelled so bad. I would not recommend this place at all.

Room is spacious enough and clean. Location is really convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Will book this hotel again for the next visit.

Great location especially if us jr rail pass. New and clean. Everything works great. Nice convenient shop and Starbucks on 1st and 2nd floor.

The hotel is just next to Sakuragicho station, a 5-min walk to Yokohama Air Cabin cable car. However if you drive there is no parking lot in this hotel.
The room a ralatively bigger than other typical Japanese hotels. The room has a bath tub which you can take different bath bag and take a bath in your room. Lobby has coffee machine too.
Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mini train museum downstairs and a supermarket next to it - very convenience.
Overall a very good and cost effective hotel in Yokohama and highly recommended.
