Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Not because it’s as fancy as a 5-star hotel, but the service, location, cleanliness, and amenities (like the large bath, bath powder, tea, and water) far exceed the price you pay.
