Very welcoming from lobby staff and spacious room with very nice shower and toilet.
Although the location is not the most central but Yokohama is a small area and metro is about 10mins walk. Good thing that there’s a Lawson just across the road.
Cons: can’t seems to operate the tv. Can’t watch YouTube (maybe we don’t know how to use). Wish there’s English instructions.
It’s a shame there’s no coin laundry nearby. It will be nice.

We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently.

Breakfast is nice. More importantly the elevator is super efficient, wait time for the elevator is quick even during peak hours.

The room is very spacious for family with kids. It's conveniently located nearby the train station with surrounding parks. We really enjoy the neighborhood.

The hotel is located in a great spot- near the trains/rails, there are convenient stores opposite and a supermarket 400m from it. The staff are friendly and the room is big and clean.
