I stayed here for one night to watch a live performance♪ It was close to the station and there were many restaurants, so it was helpful ^_^ The room was clean, so I still want to use it♪

The location was good, with a great view of the buildings in Yokohama. There was a free coffee pack, and it was rich, sharp, and delicious. The parking lot is mainly multi-level, which is good for low cars, but there are few parking spaces for large cars. I stayed at Alphard for 2 nights, and luckily there was one car available so I was able to rent it for 2 nights. When I parked the car, the person in charge was very polite and helpful, such as turning the car around on a turntable. The customer service of all the instructors, including the hotel staff, was very good, and I felt comfortable using the facility.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator was a little small. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is a little weak...

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. I would like to visit this hotel again.

This was my first time staying here. I have work in Minato Mirai, so I stay at a hotel in Sakuragicho several times a year. This time, I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel, so I booked this hotel, and it was worth the price. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and there is a shared laundry and microwave, so you can buy things to eat in your room cheaply. I wondered if the hotel name was a bit too much, but it was a calm hotel. It may have been old, but it was well-cleaned and clean. However, there was a large piece of duct tape stuck to the panel above the bed, which I guess is a broken part, and I wondered if there was any other way to fix it.

The front desk was very friendly. When I arrived at 12 o'clock on the first day, I wanted to store my luggage first. The staff confirmed that the room had been cleaned and let me check in first. Thank you very much! The room facilities are a little old. After all, it is a hotel for more than 30 years, but it has everything it should have. It's not a big problem. It's very close to the Keikyu Main Line, but there is a slope. Guests with less strength are advised to control the weight of their luggage when checking in.

7-8 minutes walk from JR Sakuragicho Station. Since the crosswalk at the Sakuragicho Ekimae intersection is not in good condition, it is an unnaturally long detour, so the easiest way is to go underground and go up in front of the 7-Eleven. The area around the hotel is on a slope, so no matter which direction you go, you'll be going uphill. The variety of restaurants nearby is limited, and there are few options. There are two convenience stores, but you'll have to walk up a hill to both to get back to the hotel, so it's best to finish your shopping before heading to the hotel. The facility is quite old. Being old is not a bad thing in and of itself, but it seems like the equipment hasn't been updated, and I'll list some things I noticed below. ① There are very few electrical outlets. In particular, there are no electrical outlets near the bed, so you can't charge the battery while lying down. Also, there is only one mouth around the desk. I don't know if table taps can be rented, but it's inconvenient anyway. I think there are only two outlets in the room, even in the bathroom. ② The faucet and shower in the bathroom cannot be controlled as desired. In the end, I didn't know how to control the temperature or pressure. I can't even adjust the water temperature to a good temperature. Equipment should be updated! terrible! ③On the internet site, it is written that the cleaning condition is not good, but the cleaning is probably done normally. However, there are abnormally many stains on the floor, walls, and tile joints compared to modern hotels. The moment the floor elevator door opened, I thought, "This is it..." The floor of the guest room was made of wood, so the stains were not noticeable. I didn't use the breakfast buffet, so I can't rate it. The guest room was a twin, so it was spacious. Slightly larger than a typical business hotel. I was able to book cheaply, so I guess it's something like this, but if you're spending more than 10,000 yen, you'll definitely have plenty of options.

The location is nice 🙆 10 minutes by red brick car and 15 minutes by Chinatown car I was able to do a lot of fun things with my family.

It is conveniently located close to the nearest station, Keikyu Hinodecho Station, and within walking distance of JR and subway lines.

I stayed here this time to attend a concert. Even though I arrived late, I was given a cup of cold tea at the front desk. I was exhausted, so it really hit home. The room was spacious and we had a comfortable stay. I will use it again when I come to Yokohama. Thank you very much for your time.

There were no issues with the hotel staff's response, and the room was clean and nice. The tea service was good as it was hot. The only thing is the lack of water in the shower, and I wish there were drink vending machines on each floor.

It was my first stay and it wasn't bad! Self check-in and check-out, I'm glad it went smoothly!

As much as there are amenities and T-pack drinks I was like, "Please take it with me." It was easy. The room was good enough and it was close to 3 minutes walk from the station. Because it was easy to go from Haneda to Tokyo station I want to use it again.
